"I am honestly surprised this place was available. The description seemed too good to be true. This is a super unique and amazing place to stay. Being able to kayak down to the Springs and get there early in the morning before crowds is worth it alone. But the house is great, there is a nice little dock with a fire pit (gas) and you see mullet jumping in the river constantly. It is about a 5 minute walk to the wildlife park. This is not Disneyworld. it’s 1000 times better. I am reviewing photos...

"We enjoyed the amount of room this house had to offer and for the price. You won't find that much space at such a reasonable rate anywhere else. If you are looking for top of the line, all the extras and modern updates this may not be the place for you. We had issues with several of the doors, doorknobs, sink handles and lighting. Either half of the lights did not work or we were not using the right switches. It was never really an issue so I did not contact the owners. I am sure they would have...

"This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!"

"To begin with, communication with the owner is outstanding! Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The house is large enough for a big family! It was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house is located close to Rainbow Springs Park. The kids enjoyed the indoor basketball game and the Pac man machine. The hot tub was a hit for both the kids and adults! I highly recommend this property! "

"Property was beyond clean and over the top stocked. Boat ramp was just down the street and the floating deck and outside deck area are all new and well kept. Car parking was covered. Dishes, pots, pans etc were in new condition and well stocked. If you want to walk in and catch up on rest a relaxation or go chase fish or scallops this is the place. Owner was easy to talk with and a fantastic host. We travel and rent often…10/10 rated."
