"Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) "Ich hatte nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Matratze für mich ideal, da ich harte Matratzen bevorzuge. Bad total sauber und der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist auch in Ordnung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, volle Punktzahl. "

"Precioso hotel boutique cerca del centro comercial y del parque natural con un gran spa en proximidad. Nos ha encantado su decoración y encontramos fantástica la calidad del desayuno buffet. Como único punto negativo me resultó realmente frustrante y me estropeó en parte la experiencia que el staff del hotel me despertara el sábado temprano pegando martillazos en la habitación de al lado, creo que son tareas ruidosas que se deberían dejar para la tarde."

"Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed."

"Lovely hotel, close to neighbouring villages and family. Lovely staff. Big room and comfortable common rooms. The only comment to add, is that it was missing a mini fridge. But generally all good"
