"We were visiting friends who live on Lake Monticello. It is a perfect location for this. The house had everything we needed and some! We did not bring our dog but noticed that she would have felt quite welcome. We appreciated the unexpected snacks and kuerig cups. The mattress was very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a few days!"

"During my stay at the VRBO rental, I found the house to be cozy and the outdoor space lovely and relaxing. The kitchen and BBQ grill were a plus. However, there were a few hiccups. The trail down to the treehouse results in a quiet and secluded space - surrounded by forest and the sounds of birds. As mentioned in the listing, the path from the parking to the treehouse is a somewhat steep wooded trail, and there is a ladder up to the loft bedroom - so this would not be great for those with mobility issues.
