Very convenient to the beach. 2 wagons made the 1 block to the beach easy. Pool was a big hit with the kids. Sleeping arrangements were great. Good space to spread out in the house.The only problem was mosquitoes on the patio by the pool.

We will list our grievances:1. Pool was never cleaned- filthy upon arrival- we called every day and never had someone show up to clean it.2. Hot tub did not work 3 out of 7 days. They fixed the hot tub when it broke but we had to wait a couple days due to it being a holiday weekend3. Only provided one dish washer pod, all the dishes were filthy! The dishwasher filter was full of gross old food and smelly. We cleaned the dishwasher filter and bought dishwasher pods.4. Provided no extra trash bags! Easy fix but with a party of 12 we had to go out the first day for these. 5. The batteries were out on the keyless entry feature on the front door so upon arrival we couldn’t get in. Someone showed up quickly to help. Later in the trip the battery went out on the back door alarms as well. 6. We ran out of propane after a single use. There was another propane tank but it was empty. We found out the hood vent on the stove didn’t work when we had to move the cooking for 12 inside that night.7. The outdoor fridge was broken and the outdoor TV was as well. Most likely due to the storms which is understandable but we were not informed. We love the location but for the price they charged we wish we didn’t have to spend part of everyday of the vacation on the phone about the pool. We reached out to AMI with our complaints and were offered money in exchange for not writing a review. I suspect many people are offered this deal. Renters Beware!

Post hurricane, this property was in amazing shape! Plenty of space for our family of 15. Common areas of the house were open and well connected. Bedrooms were a great size. Pool and spa area was spacious and refreshing. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach. A very short walk to perfect sunny days with soothing ocean waves and sounds.

The property was as expected if not better. The place accommodated our family perfectly. The backyard and pool area were absolutely wonderful! The house had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

The house was large and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the easy one-block walk to the beach was ideal. The kitchen was large and well-stocked, with the exception of basics like coffee filters and salt/pepper. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

House is in a great location - 1 min walk to beach. About a mile from most restaurants. Pool was great for after beach. Plenty of room for everyone, overall great stay

House was perfect size for this group. 9 months - 4 years old. Spacious kitchen with large sitting area and lots of space for kids to play. Pool was beautiful with bridge and waterfall and plenty of shade if wanted. Perfect 2 minute walk to the beach, really did not need the golf cart.

The photos and listing drew our interest but the experience was even better. 2 block walk to the beach allowed the adults and teens to come and go independently and was also easy with a toddler and children. After our fill of the beach sun, it was lovely to come back to a shaded pool area. Kitchen and poolside grill allowed for relaxed dinners before returning to the beach for sunset. Many more available opportunities such as sunset dolphin cruise and Robinson Preserve were great. The teens enjoyed the skate park, early am running, and the football and volleyball somehow found room to take home on the plane with all the memories to match! We’d love to come back.

Location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for all 14 of us! Pool was great, private & beautiful! Kids loved the game room as did the adults. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again! AMI was great property company, responded to anything we needed instantly!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. The house was very spacious, plenty of room for 2 families. However, there were certain things that could’ve been better considering the price. For example, there was only 1 dishwasher pod available , 1 garbage bag, not many utensils for cooking. Also in the master bathroom it seemed the toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall and was replaced but there was drywall all over the floor in the bathroom when we checked-in. The drain in the master suite shower needs attention. Also the pool was extremely hot. Also not very convenient for early check-in or late checkout.

Everything about our booking, the property, the management company, and the location was great. We had 16 adults staying at the house. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for all our needs. We had an issue with the pool/hot tub heater that was immediately addressed. I could not more highly recommend this property and working with AMI.

There's enough room for a large family reunion. Everything was great. Even the video game table is awesome (it has lots of 80'ties games and you don't need to worry about what your kid is doing). If the pool area was enclosed to protect you from the mosquitos, you would probably only go inside to sleep. Then again you wouldn't have the beautiful plants in the garden and they would have to change the name of the house ;)

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within a one block walk to the beach. Located close to the north end of the island. The home is stunning! Well appointed with everything you could think you'd need and then some. Beautifully sized common areas, nice bedrooms and baths, roof top deck, outdoor pool and spa, gas grill, bar area and TV. Also plenty of seating outside as well. Small game room and beach chairs as well. This is one I'd definitely secure again for a family vacation!

Enjoyed this property. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a slight issue with the pool & hot tube. We called and they were out within 20 mins and had it fixed. I would book again .

The pictures do not do this house justice. Beautiful and so much room! Close to the beach, balconies were perfect for sunrises and close to everything we needed. We were disappointed the hot tub did not work for our entire visit after reporting it to both the pool and rental company but definitely not a deal breaker. It was the perfect home away from home as we said our I do’s and celebrated 2 birthdays. We actually had a couple houses around the island for our group with this company and all were perfect.

We had great time at tropical oasis.... everyone enjoyed their stay. A few issues but were fixed super fast. One issue was we had trouble regulating the pool and hot tub temperature but repairman was super responsive and helpful... overall a fantastic week for all .. Thank you!!!!

This was the perfect house for the 6 kids and 6 adults that we had... they loved the pool area and the beach is only a block away. Plenty of room to spread out. Overall, it was great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We had plenty of space and the location was awesome with a short walk to the beach. I would recommend bug spray for out by the pool but other than that we left you with some of the items missing from the kitchen! You won’t be disappointed!

The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 were the mosquitoes in the back by the pool area and the kitchen amenities. We had to buy at least 8 bottles of mosquito spray and that never helped. For the kitchen there were enough coffee mugs, maybe 8 or so. When you have a home that can sleep 18. You should have that amount of dish ware. It’s a great location and great layout!

House was as represented in pictures on-line. Very large and spacious. The best part of this home was the living area/kitchen. A great place to gather a larger group. The location was also perfect as it relates to the beach. Pool was OK, but did not get a lot of sun, which some may prefer. Most disappointing was that the house was pretty dirty and a little banged up. We actually had to wait 30 min past check-in time as they were still cleaning. They were obviously rushed and could have used more help. Probably the age of the house (though refreshed) and large size played into this. Also previous guests must have been pretty messy from what we saw. So maybe we caught them on a bad week, but particularly the floors need a real scrucbbing down. The only other downer was that the property manager was unresponsive. We did not get the access info so I tried to contact and never got a response. We ended up having to go to their office to get it, which fortunately was close by. We rented a different house the previous week from same agency and that agent was super responsive. So again maybe a one off. Would consider renting if assurance it would be thoroughly cleaned.

We loved staying at this home, but did have an issue with the pool and hot tub throughout our stay. The property manger did send somebody to repair the issues, but it took two full days to fix the issue. Aside from that this was a great house at a great location in the island. If we return we would look into staying at this home again.
