"I have a townhouse in north Broward and needed a place for my 3 girls and some of our friends to host a weekend of relaxation and celebration of 2 graduations and one 21st birthday. This property was perfect! Well appointed and full of charm. The host, Nate, has thought everything. The fully equipped pool cabana was a great surprise and perfect for setting up snacks and sodas for the young folks. The back yard and pool are a dream. "The house was as described, it was clean and had an abundance of extra pillows,blankets,towels, dishes,glasses, etc. The pool was clean and heated and the hot tub was very nice and easy to use "

"Great place and great location "

"Reserved this place just for one night before a cruise. It accommodated my group perfectly and offered more with the amenities of the home and the ideal location in the neighborhood. We had a nice evening on the beach then a relaxing night in the home watching movies. Would have fired up the grill if we had more time to enjoy both outdoor patios."

"This property is very close to the beach and quiet. It's a short walk to the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the property. Hot tub was great. AC worked best with bedroom doors left open."

"The house was lovely; updated. The pool is a nice addition and we used it to take a dip. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee pot, pots, updated W/D, and beautifully decorated. The host even gave my daughter some wine to celebrate her graduation, which was the reason to stay in town. Wow! Excellent hostess! "
