The house was immaculate and clean! It was the perfect size for our family. We loved the location of the house- just a short walk to the beach. We especially appreciated the opportunity to let our dog join us on this trip! We would love to stay here again next year!

Lovely and comfy

The home is beautifully decorated with many decks to enjoy the views. Ample bathrooms and bedrooms and love the big farmhouse table so all of us could eat together. Quiet street and a short walk to beach access. And ample parking too. Very clean! Only down side was kitchen could use a few more amenities but lots of dishes and glasses and places to put our own pantry items. Will definitely look into staying here again.

Surf City Getaway

Overall, our family (ages 66-8) enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was as pictured and as described upon our arrival. Check-in was easy and all information sent was detailed and clear. The beach was a short simple walk across the street. The home was far enough away from the pier and town "center" which gave us the quiet and low crowds we desired. There was enough space for the entire family (7 of us) to stretch out, as well as to sit at the table to eat or sit on the balcony together. The elevator was an added bonus for bringing the luggage and groceries into the home. The only issue with the home was the level of cleanliness. We were disappointed with how we found the home upon our arrival. We found various levels of trash (empty and full water bottles, Q-tips, shoes, underwear in the dryer, ice cream wrappers on the deck, numerous foods in/under/on couches and beds), as well as a stale smell of smoke. We notified the management company with our concerns, as well as not be blamed for anything upon our departure. They offered to send a cleaning crew to the home, but this was a major inconvenience, as we were already unpacked and settled. It actually became a joke throughout our vacation as we continued to find Jolly Ranchers, candy wrappers, and a half eaten bag of muffins in the couch. This issue was our only complaint with the home. Although I am not sure that we will return to the area again, as we like to find new locations to try each year, aside for the cleaning issue, we did enjoy our stay.

A week in paradise

We got to hang out with all of my inlaws for the week. It was a beautiful well kept home and the elevator was a life-saver! I loved the multiple bathrooms in the home as well! It wasn't beach front but it was just a short walk across the street and over the dune steps to paradise. We also had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks from all of our decks.
