"This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here."

"Our Zen Escape experience was amazing! I don't think we could have been any closer to the water without having been on a boat. It was beautiful! The home was stocked with more than we would have expected, and everything was in great condition. "My parents, husband and I stayed for a week in May 2024. The house was clean and wonderfully stocked. We have never stayed in a house so well stocked. The owner really did think of everything. We had an issue with the downstairs thermostat, so I sent a text to the owner. He responded within the hour and was at the house to fix it the next day. Great owner and a fabulous property!"

"We had a great time at the beach and the views from this house were practically front row. The property was very clean and well equipped with all the basics as well as paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The tv's were new with lots of streaming options and the wifi was fast. Fenced yard was great for our dogs and the beach accesses were very close. The location was just far enough from the main tourist area that it was quiet but close enough so that groceries were only 5-10 minutes away."

"Beachfront! Are you kidding me? And amenities, all we could ask for. Now the down side. Lavatory basin in master bath slow to drain, third step from bottom on stairs loose. Thanks to my bad knee, stairs not really stairs but ladder, which means don’t expect to see me there ever again. Nonetheless, a superior location, facility. My adult daughter fell in love with Topsail Beach, the sand and surf, or perhaps the margarita at the Mexican joint up the road. Thanks for everything! Tom Alexander"

"Have always liked Queen’s Grant, due to access to both ocean and Sound, the views from the deck and the location. Was very happy to find that I could rent for just a few days instead of a week. The owners could not have been better-super flexible and helpful. When I asked for a missing supply item, they had it at my door in less than 15 minutes. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked. They had great suggestions for food and we really enjoyed the Steamer bucket store they suggested....
