It was a great place to stay. Beautiful property. The upstairs game room was a great place for the kids. Just wish it was closer to the lake.

First off this property was very spacious for our party of 15. We had plenty of room and were quite comfortable. The kids LOVED the gaming room.The area seems very clean and safe where the homes are located.The negatives which I have called and notified the company about and they said they were going to be addressed. I do feel that the property could have been cleaner. There were multiple visible spills that had not been cleaned up and a large dirty spot in the large rug in the living area upon arroval. However, most importantly, this place is NOT the easiest to get to. You MUST follow directions in the email to T from hwy 65 and DO NOT use google (which the email did not state). You will wind up by a gated community on another part of the lake if you follow google. Also the "left, right left"is not immediate and they dont provide distance. You have to go pretty far back on the roads through some what some may consider debatable areas to get to the development. But once you find your way there it is easier to find a second time. Also, try not to arrive at night the house numbers are not lit on the poles and the bronze blends in with the wood making it difficult to see. However, all that being said we would stay here again when in the area.

We had a great time and the house was perfect!! Be sure and read the driving directions. GPS took us the wrong way and if you arrive after dark, it is hard to find.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Rocky Shores. The home was clean and spacious. We traveled with our adult children and their spouses. There was plenty of space for all of us to gather in one room or go to our own private bedroom. It was very quiet and peaceful.. We already talked about renting again.

Before this trip I was a total VRBO advocate. The places were beautiful and everything went smoothly. This last trip to Branson Missouri was very upsetting. We booked one home and were switched to another home without our knowledge. I spent half my trip trying to find out this happened. I have all the evidence that this happened, and when they told me to go to a website the person I was chatting with said it was changed. I will never rent a VRBO again after this.

The home itself was great! The only thing needed I believe are some kitchen mixing bowls as there were none at all. The home does not have any lake views at all either. There is also no lake access from the complex. You can drive to the boat launch which is not a 2 minute walk as stated for lake/fishing access. The home is beautiful and fit our family perfectly. It’s about a 20 minute windy road drive in to Branson.

Beautiful home with many amenities. Handicapped accessible was a big plus! Private hot tub was lovely! Biggest complaint was trying to find the place! GPS did not direct correctly and the road that leads to this development is less than ideal with many switchbacks, and steep hills. Glad we had the written directions from management!

We had a great time exploring all that Branson has to offer and an awesome house to hang out in for our party of 10. Clean, fresh, trendy property with great views all around. We were there in March and enjoyed the hot tub. WiFi signal was sometimes weak in the house - but we had plenty of activities to do. It's a great house for a multi-family vacation. We had a "kids room" and then couples in separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms - space for everyone! And the kitchen is large for everyone to eat together - could use a few more cooking dishes (we didn't have a big bowl for mixing or cooking things in the microwave). The property is a little off the beaten path, but that's just more time to see the beauty of the Ozark Mountains. And at a great price! We will be back again next year!

Brand new build with high end furnishings. Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. Enjoyed the extras, PS5 and the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.
