"Excelente servicio de todo el personal"

"We stayed for 6 nights and were given a room on the highest floor, but the elevator never worked. The bathroom extractor fan was also not working, and the second bedroom had no air conditioning or ventilation grilles since the system is central, so we had to keep the door open. Considering that I was traveling with two elderly people, this was quite a headache and made our stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the manager was rude when I brought these issues to his attention and immediately...

"El alojamiento en sí está muy bien, muy nuevo y bien equipado y la cama bastante cómoda. Además de estar en muy buena zona con el metro a tan solo 7 min. Lo malo fue el servicio, la comunicación dejaba bastante que desear. Retraso en la hora de la entrada y alojamiento sucio y con la basura por tirar y con falta de productos indispensables. "Habitación limpia y personal muy amable"

"Very funny hotel. Close to people that wants to be near Notting Hill, but there are two small houses joined and extremely normal facilities. Lift for one to two people máximum. The rooms are very smal and needing to be improved the draws, the carpets and to find out where to place the toilett as the one they actually have are not small, the next. "La ubicacion y el estado general del apartamento es de autentico lujo. Si hay que buscarle una pega, es la ausencia de una mapara cerrada en las duchas.., pero lo demas de sobresaliente, un 10 sin duda."

"We arrived on Sunday and they seemed a bit surprised we arrived earlier then the check in time and it wasn’t opened. But they let us leave our luggage and our stay at the hotel was great. My boyfriend said he never stayed in a room as big in London. The bed, towel were great, good breakfast included. I would definitely recommend the hotel. "

"Habitaciones limpias, buen servicio. Agua de cortesía "

"Hermoso cosy"

"Our overall experience did not fully meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found the room poorly cleaned. The floor and living room carpet were visibly dirty, as if they had not been vacuumed. I had to contact reception immediately to request cleaning, although our request was handled promptly. The bedroom was also quite small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around the bed. Additionally, there were no bedside tables or reading lamps on both sides of the...
