"The Villa is amazing and very modern I love it. kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic very clean. quiet residential area my family loves it the view is amazing some cute little monkeys popping up early morning on the balcony my grandson enjoyed that the food at Roti Den restaurant is great and the host Reydon is 10/10 awesome very friendly checking in to make sure we’re ok will definitely stay there again "

"There were three couples and one single in our party. The home was well equipped for our stay and we were able to cook several meals both inside and outside. Shopping, restaurants and the beach were all a short walk making the area perfect for our needs. The host and their team were friendly, informative and quick to respond to any questions we had about the house or area in general. We would absolutely recommend this property for your trip to Barbados. "

"12th visit to the island in last 25 years, this time to celebrate my 60th. Didn’t disappoint. Despite thinking I knew Barbados well, we found new places to visit and things to do. The apartment was the perfect base. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including access to the excellent Beach Hoise. I would absolutely recommend this place if you want to have the ultimate Caribbean adventure and all your home comforts. "

"Visiting to watch test cricket and was very pleased to have chosen Holetown and Sonia and Ian’s unit. Our costs were welcoming and continually assisted. The walk to shops and beaches could be a challenge for some but becomes easier each time. "As advertised! Very convenient to Holetown with shopping and restaurants. East access to the pool and a small private beach. Amazing views from the multiple balconies. "The property was as advertised and mirrored the comments left by other guests. Pool was very large and kept clean. House itself needs some TLC but again, everything was very clean and the area was quiet. Excellent location with beaches and grocery stores all within walking distance. Only mild annoyance is that some housekeeping and landscaping staff showed up unexpectedly; property managers should provide a more accurate maintenance schedule to the guests."

"I was at a conference in nearby Bellairs Institute, and colleagues were jealous of my find! A nice patio, AC, very close to the beach, to the shops and many food options. Despite the construction of a new hotel next door, the place was relaxing and very enjoyable with hummingbirds visiting during my morning coffee. Next conference, I wil stay there again. Thanks Julia for being so responsive."
