This B&B is convenient, has a beautiful yard, easy parking, and is very charming and well maintained. An owner was accessible by text for questions ahead of time, and we were greeted when we arrived by the other owner, who helped with luggage and orientating us to the house. Breakfast was yummy too! Highly recommended.

Heather and Jason are such accommodating hosts! If you’re looking for a small town mom and pop cozy spot to spend a night or more at, this is the spot. They’ll text you details and ask what you’d like for breakfast! Waters and tea can be available 24/7. They even provide pads, dental floss, make up wipes, etc in the bathrooms if needed. If you need anything else, just let them know. They also own two beautiful and super sweet dogs! They’re usually away from guests unless requested for that fur baby moments that you miss. It’s great because I always miss my fur babies when I travel. Such a quaint and quiet spot to relax and enjoy my time from a busy city! I will be back and hopefully sooner than later.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights while we were in the area for the Brimfield Flea Market, and we had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Heather is a great host. Both breakfasts were very nice. This is a great little bnb where we felt welcome and relaxed. We will definitely return the next time we go to the flea market!

House was beautiful. Room and facilities were spotless. The hosts were brilliant as well. I’d missed going out for dinner in the area so they kindly made me an excellent grilled cheese sandwich. And when they realised I’d be walking half an hour the next day to my next stop, even dropped me off. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be staying here.

We're not B&B aficionados, but this was nothingy shy of an awesome experience. Staff/Owners are genuinely kind caring people who go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I would liken the experience to 'Staying with Good Friends'.
