"A Mixed Stay with Truly Exceptional Service
Let me share my full and honest experience at this hotel!
First Impressions & Room Comfort
Upon arrival, we received a very warm and welcoming reception; the staff here is absolutely wonderful. However, things took a turn when we entered our room. We were quite disappointed to find that the slippers provided had already been used. We called the front desk, and they were very apologetic. They completely understood the hygiene concern, especially regarding the risk of foot infections from previous guests.
Because of this initial mishap, we started our stay rating the hotel a 3 out of 5 at best. To add to that, we booked a "city view" room, but our view was actually of the building's generators 😉. Furthermore, the room above us was incredibly noisy, which was quite frustrating.
The Highlight: World-Class Service
That being said, the hotel staff and the service team were extraordinary. I would give them a perfect score—and even higher if I could! In my experience staying at luxury hotels around the world for €2,000 a night, I have honestly never encountered a team this dedicated. They are attentive, caring, and deeply invested in helping their guests.
Moreover, they accept constructive feedback graciously and know exactly how to rectify any issues. This level of dedication clearly comes from excellent management leading by example.
