"The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. Overall a great stay and value....

"This place is awesome and close by the beach within a minute to two walk only. The staff was super friendly and always keep the house clean everyday with fresh new towels and blankets. Xuân, who greeted us when we arrived there. Was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful through-out our stay there with all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. "We enjoyed our stay here, and the family is really lovely. Breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed! The pool was clean and nice, just be aware it doesn’t have any privacy, as it’s in the middle of the Homestay. The bathroom has a cool design, but the shower leaked into the room. The location is quite far from the Center, but we always managed to get grabs within 5-7 minutes. Overall would recommend!"

"El hotel ya es antiguo, aunque le han dado buen mantenimiento. Un punto menos es que tiene pocos conectores de luz y es complicado cargar varios equipos electrónicos a la vez. Es hotel es grande, está bien ubicado, pero la alberca es pequeña para la cantidad de gente que hay. Alguna veces pareciera balneario. El desayuno es bueno y el personal atento."

"A Mixed Stay with Truly Exceptional Service Let me share my full and honest experience at this hotel! First Impressions & Room Comfort Upon arrival, we received a very warm and welcoming reception; the staff here is absolutely wonderful. However, things took a turn when we entered our room. We were quite disappointed to find that the slippers provided had already been used. We called the front desk, and they were very apologetic. They completely understood the hygiene concern, especially regarding the risk of foot infections from previous guests. Because of this initial mishap, we started our stay rating the hotel a 3 out of 5 at best. To add to that, we booked a "city view" room, but our view was actually of the building's generators 😉. Furthermore, the room above us was incredibly noisy, which was quite frustrating. The Highlight: World-Class Service That being said, the hotel staff and the service team were extraordinary. I would give them a perfect score—and even higher if I could! In my experience staying at luxury hotels around the world for €2,000 a night, I have honestly never encountered a team this dedicated. They are attentive, caring, and deeply invested in helping their guests. Moreover, they accept constructive feedback graciously and know exactly how to rectify any issues. "Superó godas mis expectativas! El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada en el centro histórico, muy cerca del río para ver el paso de los botes con luces en la noche. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, quiero mencionar especialmente a las chicas del restaurante que incluso nos explicaron como preparar unas salsas que nos gustaron y nos dieron recetas de los spring rolls. La habitación es muy cómoda, con una gran cama. La decoración estilo vietnamita del hotel es muy agradable. Nos coordinaron un tour a los coconut basket boats y recomendaron un excelente lugar de sastrería Lo recomiendo y sin dudarlo me hospedaría de nuevo en el futuro. Una joya! "
