"A Mixed Stay with Truly Exceptional Service Let me share my full and honest experience at this hotel! First Impressions & Room Comfort Upon arrival, we received a very warm and welcoming reception; the staff here is absolutely wonderful. However, things took a turn when we entered our room. "El hotel tiene un servicio excepcional desde que haces la reserva. Están pendientes de todas las necesidades para hacer tu viaje lo más placentero y sin complicaciones. "Un gran hotel con un personal muy amable"

"The resort property is very nice. My compliments to the reception staff as they are absolutely excellent. Kind, attentive and highly professional. I was welcomed with great attitudes and smiles. I felt happy upon checking in. There were no issues and they were there to happily help with anything I might want or ask. I received a room upgrade to an ocean view king room and the view was terrific. I highly reccomend a stay at New World Hotel."
