"We had a nice stay at this house in Niagara Falls. It is about a 15 minute walk to the falls. The inside of the house was renovated and looked new. We were a party of 11 and there was sufficient space for everyone. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The house had a nice front porch but it was dusty so we could not make use of that. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there."

The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. "We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here."

"Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again."

"This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! "Great location if you want want living space. Older house with original hard wood floors and ceramic tile. Owner kinda uptight about wearing shoes inside when flooring is hard and carpet is tattered and is in need of replacement in bedrooms. No blinds in front bedroom so I had to hang a blanket over curtain rods to keep light out. Pillows hard. No bedside table lamp. Overall we made it work. Used washer and dryer and had to negotiate with owner for use of that."
