"We loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it. The house had a modern feel with gourmet kitchen, amazing master bedroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. It also had a kids room. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We thought this would be a perfect house for a family weekend getaway, and was close to downtown Reno and Riverwalk area (10 minute drive)."

"This place was nice and clean and reasonably priced. The location was convenient for all that we needed and felt safe. Communication was clear and prompt. We were 3 adults, 2 sisters and myself. The sisters shared the bedroom and I took the couch, which was ok but not the most comfortable bed. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and there were extra blankets and pillows available. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y seguro.La casa está bien pero le falta mucho cariño, falta mejor como vasos o cubiertos (hay muy pocos) el patio es muy agradable por espacio pero le faltaba mucha limpieza, hojas secas por todos lados, excrementos de perros… "

"This little house was a terrific value and served our purposes well. It's an older place with some rough edges/limited niceties, but the beds were comfortable and the location was just what we wanted.That location wouldn't be for everyone: We wanted to be steps from the cafes and bars of Midtown, knowing that a certain level of grittiness (like a dodgy motel on the corner) would come with that. Pangolin (cafe) and The Emerson (bar) were favorites, and being a ten-minute drive from the UNR campus...
