"Great location, good service and facilities. EXCEPT for in room media. A niceTV but with NO internet connected downloaded options such as catch up iview, sbs etc, let alone netflix etc. Only TV direct and very basic foxtel. Needed for those rainy days. This was not spelt out in the booking details. Why not? This is taken for granted these days, especially in places like Sebel. Otherwise very good."

"We travelled as 2 adults and 2 kids. We all loved the heated pools and spas. The location was fabulous, opposite the beach and the surf club. It's so easy to get to shopping facilities. "

"What a wonderful resort!! The unit was modern and very comfortable and had great views of the pool. The pool was heated so we were able to use it in mid May and the spa was a great treat after!! The staff are super nice and welcoming!! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend it !! "

"We throughly enjoyed our time at Coolum Caprice! The room we stayed in well we feel very lucky to have been allocated, as it was newly renovated and was beautiful. The views of the ocean every morning at sunrise and throughout the day were simply divine and so hard to leave! Bed was comfortable and the spa bath was relaxing! Did not have any issues with noise at all during the stay. With the check in we arrived after reception hours as our flight arrived around 8:30pm. The code we were...

"Great small room for 4 people. 3 adults and 1 child. Great heated pool and surroundings. Good location close to shops and eateries. Have to pay for parking. Some pillows were not washed well. They were smelly which made using them not an option. I didn't tell reception as it was late when we noticed and it was just for 1 night. "

"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return.
