"The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely revisit this hotel and recommend to my friends."

Very kind service, though no on site restaurant area, so food served in the room only. Had very nice restful two nights stay on the way to the upper Dharamsala McLeod Ganj."
