Our stay in April was perfect. We had plenty of room and condo was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the big kitchen and bedrooms. The extra half bath is a great feature. Neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get all things HHI. Lori is a great host and answered all of my questions quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the condo worked very well for our family of 4. It was clean, close to the beach, and in a great location on the island. Having access to a beach locker was very helpful. Hosts were responsive and it’s clear they care for their home. We hope to return!

Beautiful home. Great to have beach chairs available. Would be nice to have a mirror in the master and bathmat in the tub. But those are just preferences. Easy walk to the beach. Lovely outside patio. Owners were very easy to communicate with.

The unit was super clean and we loved the keyless entry so we didn’t have to always make sure someone had a key. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Kroger’s is a few miles down the road. Bed was very comfortable! Beach at low tide was fun for biking! Pickleball round robins at Palmetto Dunes, morning and afternoon, kept us busy! Sunrise at the beach is definitely a Kodak moment! Biking around Shipyard and looking for alligators- we always saw them by the traffic circle sunning on the grassFun to sit on the deck and watch the golfers on the green. Some were better than others! Plenty of local restaurants when you don’t feel like cooking after a full day of pickleball! This was a fantastic getaway and we will return next year, hopefully for two weeks. This was our first visit to HH.

Family Vacay 2025!

Our stay at this villa was awesome! The villa was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach. Having the locker and chairs already there was a game changer! The owners were quick to respond with any questions. Our family had a great time and we look forward to our stay again next year.

Perfect family beach get away

I don't know what else to say except it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, up to date, pretty, well appointed, the location was perfect and the whole process was great! We rented bikes and everything was easy peasy!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay. Everything was fully renovated and bright. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make dinner. Brad and Lori were amazing hosts, they communicated before we arrived and even checked in mid-week just to see how our vacation was going. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely clean villa

We had such and amazing stay at this villa. It was clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach. The villa is spacious with comfortable beds. Owners provided some of the necessities such as bath towels, linens, and toiletries. Washing machine and a dryer were so great to have. All appliances were in working condition. Owners take great care of this rental and it shows. We were very happy and will return in the future.

Beautiful, clean condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was so clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. I appreciated the no shoes upstairs (carpet) rule they have. My husband and I don't wear shoes in our own home and ask others to remove them upon entering our house, so it was nice to know the carpets we were walking on were clean. The king bed was so comfortable, felt just like our own mattress at home, and we both agreed it was the best sleep we've ever had on vacation because of the comfort of the bed. Short walk to the beach, about 5-7 minutes depending on how much stuff we were carrying. It was really nice they allow renters to use their beach chairs. We have our own, but it was helpful not to have to pack them and bring them along! Very beautiful and quiet property, I would stay here again if we were to take another trip to HHI.

Great updates to this unit!

We have stayed in The Greens units several times over the last 10 years. We really liked the updates made to this unit. The kitchen layout is fantastic and provided a lot more room to move around than other units. We appreciated the start up soaps, shampoo, paper towels and toilet paper. Most of these items we didn’t even have to replace during our one week stay. This property is a short walk to the beach and the bike path around Shipyard is always enjoyable and not heavy with traffic.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The renovated kitchen is very nice, and was well equipped for cooking. The beach chairs that were available for us to use was a big plus. The unit is close to the beach.

Wonderful stay

We loved our second stay at this property! The location absolutely can't be beat. It's a quick walk to the beach or an easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza or other fun attractions and dining. The house was perfectly cleaned. When we had a very minor issue and the hosts were very communicative and took care of it immediately. We're sad to leave but can't wait to return!

105 the Greens Vacation

The place was just as they described. We rented bikes and biked to the beach and pool, very convenient to both. Had all the comforts of home well stocked kitchen and gas grill at front door . Had plenty of beach items too which was great. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella.

Back for a Second Year

We enjoyed our stay last year and after investigating alternate options we came back for a second year and were not disappointed. This is a well maintained and cared for property. The proximity to the beach is outstanding and a 5min walk away as advertised. We walked to coffee in the mornings and again for a stroll before dinner - we walked about 8 miles a day. Biking within the complex, outside of it and on the beach were thoroughly enjoyable. Communication with the owners was easy and they were responsive. We expect to be back again in the future.
