Some updated needed. Thought some of the cleaning could be a little better. Was surprised the comforters weren’t cleaned in between stays. The walk to the beach was longer than 5 minutes, we did have someone who used an cane. Over all we did in joy our stay. Thank you for opening your home to us. Vicki

We had a great stay! Condo was a nice fit for our family of five! Girls and parents had their own floors and space. Location was close to beach - a short 5-10 minute walk along condo access path - 15 minutes or so to Coligny Plaza, shops, and larger public beach access. We rented bikes and Ubered for longer trips and made it around just fine. Great option for a relaxing beach week!

The property was comfortable and a good size for our group. The beach was easy walking distance. We had plenty to do and the area is lovely for walking or bike riding. The host provided some board games which we enjoyed when we took a break from the sun. Loved that basic cleaning supplies and coffee filters were provided.My mom is 82 and was with us on the trip, the stairs were a little challenging for her. Not an issue for the younger generations, but something to consider if you have someone along that is less agile.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was absolutely perfect and the easy walk/bike path to the beach or into town was lovely. We loved having the turtles greet us every time we crossed the bridge into the unit. Our whole family had a wonderful time and would 100% return to this Vrbo.

Beautiful condo with plenty of space. Beware that there are 3 flights of steep stairs. Close to the beach, the short walk took us about 10 minutes pulling a wagon. We enjoyed the gas grill and upper covered balcony. Area seems very safe. Probably will not rent again just because of the stairs ( we are an older couple)

Beautiful Condo and so close to the beach!

We loved this condo and the location. Such a short walk to the beach without the prices of being right on the beach. Wonderful location! All of the beds were so very comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was well equipped as well to include cups for the coffee maker! Thank you for having us, we had a wonderful time!

Great Visit!

Before our stay, Melinda was very helpful by answering all our questions quickly. The unit was within easy walk of the beach. The unit was clean and served us well, with the Master bed/bath being large with a nice balcony.. We would definitely stay there again!

HHI getaway

We had a lovely stay at the unit. The property is well kept as well as the grounds. The owner was very Communicative and we found everything as expected. I would caution older guests that there are two flights of stairs to get up to the primary bedroom and the bathroom is not on the first floor. This did not hinder us as we enjoyed our stay.

Moat

This Condo has a beautiful moat walking into the front door. TVs are in every room. First floor has a small kitchen, a large dining table and a nice living room with plenty of seating. Sliding door out the back with a grill. Second floor has a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry area. The third floor has a balcony sliding door with a with table and chairs. In the room there is a king bed, dresser, a desk in front of a window and a very comfy chaise chair. There is also a Hollywood bathroom with the sink and mirror in one area and toilet and shower in another room . This condo also has a lot of natural light. The owner was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

First time on the island was exceptional

This was our first time going to Hilton Head. We selected this property based on its location to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean. Everything worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. I contacted Melanie a few times prior to the trip and she was very gracious and helpful. I also needed to make a slight change and she was very amenable. We plan on going back to HH and would absolutely take advantage of this unit again. Just a quick note: when going to the beach, it is a 5 minute walk and there are private key coded bathrooms available to use. Very helpful when you want to spend the day on the beach. Melanie also suggested Hilton Head Bicycle Company and that recommendation was excellent. They delivered the bikes prior to our arrival and picked them up on the last day.

Stayed here with our family of three boys ages ranges from 5-10. Perfect place. Boys loved having a level all to themselves. Mom and dad love having a lovel all to ourselves!

Great location near beach, Coligny, and Sea Pines

Excellent condo walking distance from Coligny beach and very accessible to Sea Pines and rest of the island. My family and I have been coming to HHI throughout the years and this location and property is a great find! Definitely recommend with children as well - rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay.
