This resort is definitely a hidden gem in HHI… I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was very communicative and friendly, the resort was phenomenal. Great location, close to the airport, 5 minute walk to the beach. Two pools and well maintained, really felt at peace and relaxed here. Outdoor grilles were clean and worked well. Loved the elevator and it was never very busy. Only small complaint we had was the pillows were very flat and lumpy but that was fixed by heading to Walmart. Overall magnificent experience and at a great value.

Peaceful and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was the perfect size for our family, which included my wife and I and our 10 & 8 year olds, my wife’s mother, uncle and 90 year old grandmother. The elevator made it easy for Grandma to get to the room and the low level entry shower made it easy for her to get in and out. The close proximity of the pools and grills was a huge plus. The ice machine made loading up the coolers a breeze. The beds were all super comfy, and even the pull out bed in the living room drew no complaints from the kids. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and is paved the whole way, so with a wagon it’s an easy walk. There are basic utensils available in the kitchen but you would need to bring things like grill utensils or bigger pots if you plan to do any larger meals. All in all this was a great value and we would definitely rent again!

Nice Family Vacation

Vacationed here with my family (adult children). The location was good, close to beach access, pool, grills, etc. The property overall was well maintained. Our unit had normal wear and tear, but was updated over some rentals we’ve had previously. It was also reasonably clean, save for a few spots. No issue at all with the rental process. Very nice people all around. Would definitely stay here again.
