THE GOOD Quick access to the beach path and pool Newer refrigerator, dishwasher, and stoveTHE BAD Coffee table leg in the living room is broken. So the table wobbles. One of the ceiling fire sprinklers appears to be falling out of the housing The tv's are small by todays standards, especially the one in the living room Bedding is old Mattresses and box springs should be encased to mitigate bed bug infestations A light bulb in the dining room fixture was burned out. Not a big deal, but shouldn't this be noticed by housekeeping?THE UGLY The bathrooms are in desperate need of being updated. The shower, mirror, cabinetry and countertops are old and look beaten up. Some mold is noticed in the showers. Very unappealing. Something is seriously wrong with the electric outlets in both bedrooms. Plugs do not stay plugged in. I wonder if this is a safety hazard and should be reported as a possible code violation. The furniture in the screened-in porch is horrible. That porch should be welcoming and inviting. Instead, it is an ugly extension of the condo because the table and chairs on it are old and scratched up. And the mildewy box fan in the corner adds to the eyesore.GRADE Factoring in the money I spent on this unit, I give it a "D", Am I inclined to stay in it again? No. Am I inclined to rent from Palmetto Dunes again? No. People want to get good value for their money. This condo did not provide that.
