This was our first time staying at Island Song Villa and we will be back! Kim and Peter are amazing hosts and thought of everything! The villa is beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable and very clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room (right down to dishwasher and laundry pods!) It surpassed our expectations in every way. My husband was working during our trip and the office space area was perfect. We loved the very comfortable beds. We have been to Hilton Head, and Sea Pines specifically, many times and this location was perfect. We walked to the Harbour Town shops and restaurants and biked to the beach and Lawton stables. Kim and Peter went above and beyond in their communication before, during and after our stay and the check-in and check-out process was as easy as could be. Would give it 10 out of 5 stars!

Island Song Villa - perfect in every way!

Great location with an easy walk to Harbour Town, Shops at Sea Pines and can throw a tennis ball to the courts! Short bike ride to the Beach Club is a bonus!We have rented for decades on HHI and this is one of the best rentals on the island!Looking to book again next year!Thanks again for sharing your special home!!

A true 5-star experience & fabulous location

Kim & Peter’s condo is fabulous! The location is superb, mere steps from private tennis/pickleball courts, an upgraded pool, and bike path. Harbor Town is a pleasant 5 minute bike ride, eliminating the need to search for parking. We biked (10 min) and some days drove (spots were always available) to the Beach Club. Every Sea Pines amenity is easily accessible & returning to the lush landscaping & immaculate grounds at Inland Harbor greatly enhanced the experience. The condo itself is outstanding. Kim has created a true oasis by anticipating guests’ every need (i.e. well placed power cords, tech amenities, a shoe tray right inside the door… all of those little details transformed the condo from a rental to a home). The layout is open and spacious, the decor is fresh and new, and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Among the many notable extra touches were Kim’s labels explaining where to find things, how to use the Bose system, etc. We appreciated that attention to detail as Kim’s hospitality shone through each helpful hint. The condo was immaculate top to bottom: the furnishings all crisp, stylish, & clean. We especially appreciated the high quality linens/mattresses. Communication was delightful & prompt…There was an unusual storm surge during our stay and Kim & Peter could not have been more accommodating and helpful. A true 5-star experience. Thank you, Kim & Peter!

Above expectations!

Not only is the home beautifully decorated, it is very clean and well supplied. The hosts are amazing communicators and went above and beyond multiple times during our long-term stay. The location of the property is perfect for exploring multiple parts of sea pine, is very well kept, and parking was easy. For those working during your stay, the desk was perfect, and the internet worked very well. We will be staying here again.

Lovely Home in a Great Location!

Sea Pines can get pretty crowded but this townhouse is situated in a quiet area and within walking distance of Heron Point and Harbor Town. The house is clean and very nicely decorated. Bonus for tennis/pickleball fans: there are two courts right behind the house!

Wonderful Family Vacation at Inland Harbour

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was so clean and well organized. The host was amazing and made sure everything was great throughout our stay. The villa was a great location for accessing both Harbor town and the beach club. Would highly recommend this villa for a family vacation. Looking forward to coming back.

great location

We had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable and clean, everything labeled and easy to find and use. Great location, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. we didn't realize the trolley seasonal schedule, but where we did go was close and uncrowded. Really enjoyed the bike paths. Pool area nice, but wish it was heated. Couple of very minor issues were resolved with impressive communication with Owner. Highly recommend!

Hall Family Vacay 2023

Island Song was the perfect location for our family vacation. Kim is very responsive and works with you to make sure everything is perfect throughout your stay. We had a bit of an issue upon check in. The cleaning crew hadn’t completed the full process and we were missing some starter items. However, Kim went out of her way to make this right and get everything correctly swiftly. The cleaning crew was also very quick in bringing the needed items to the villa and offered to re-clean. You have to keep in mind that during the summer months they have a lot to do in a short amount of time to get properties turned around between guests. They made a mistake and took responsibility and were quick to get it corrected, which is all you can really ask for! A little bit of patience and grace goes a long way. The villa location is right next to the trolley stop, which we took to the beach multiple times. Ride bikes to Harbor Town or Sea Pines Center for shopping and dinner. Bike rentals are within walking distance. Very quiet villas with little traffic. Nice pool area and the boys played pickleball daily and often had the courts and pools all to ourselves. We would definitely recommend Island Song to others and would stay here again!

5 star villa with a great location

The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. It looks just like the pictures online only better in person. The kitchen is well organized and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and again the furniture is really nice and in great condition. The location to the pool is great and the pool was very well maintained and not crowded. Several times we were the only ones there. The villa is located central to everything you need. You can walk or bike to restaurants and the lighthouse area. The walking/biking trails around the entire area are really amazing. we walked every morning in late July and you are in the shade of beautiful trees most of the time. The owners response time for any questions is almost immediate. She was very easy and friendly to work with. We would highly recommend this villa for any stay in Sea Pines/Hilton Head area and we hope to return some day.

Absolutely loved it!

This condo was fantastic! Close proximity to the beach shuttle made getting to beach every day super easy. The property is also in walking distance to all of the shopping and dining in Harbor Town. We loved everything about the condo and would absolutely stay here again. The owners were great as well... they checked in on us to make sure we were all set and had everything we needed. Super close to the swimming pool as well (1 minute walk from the front door), which our kids very much enjoyed!

Cozy villa, perfect location!

Island Song was a wonderful choice for our week away in Sea Pines! The villa was spotless and so well decorated and stocked. The location was amazing as it's steps from the pool, right by the trolley stop to take you to the beach, and along the bike path. Kim was a great host who answered questions and had good recommendations. You can't go wrong with this option!

Fabulous stay in Sea Pines!

Island Song was our home away from home for 2 weeks and we have already booked for next year! We have rented many homes and this is by far the nicest one. From the first moment we stepped inside we noticed how meticulously clean and how it didn’t feel like a rental because it’s so tastefully decorated and has so many personal touches as well as provides every amenity you could possibly ask for - too many to list but to say Kim has thought of everything! The 2nd floor layout is perfect for remote work and also has a very spacious master bedroom with a comfy bed and beautiful bathroom, walk in closet and a really nice fully stocked laundry room. We enjoyed our coffee out on the deck and there were rarely any tennis players except for us - we played a few times as well as pickleball - so nice to have the courts and the pool as part of your stay at Inland Harbour. We LOVE Sea Pines and all its amenities and Island Song is perfectly located to access them all with ease! Don’t hesitate to book - it will be the perfect vacation you’ll never forget!

Christmas Break

Very clean, well apportioned villa at the center of Sea Pines. Island Song was the perfect villa for our Christmas / New Years vacation. The villa is within walking distance to Harbor Town, the beach, Lawton stables, and the golf course. What really put the villa over the top was the owner's attentiveness. We also appreciated all the little extra supplies that made us feel like home. We will definitely return!

Fabulous week

We had an amazing Thanksgiving week in Sea Pines! The villa had everything we needed to make an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was so well stocked as well as the closets with extra bedding. We rented bikes for the week at the nearby Peddling Pelican. Our favorite activity of the week was riding our bikes everywhere & exploring! Feeding the horses at the nearby stables was also fun!

Great time in HHI

Thanks Kim and Peter. Had a great month stay at your little piece of heaven. Loved being able to bring our dog Seeley with us. Found the complex to be quiet and close to harbour town and the sea pines centre was just a few minutes away. Kim and Peter thought of many things that they had in their home. Kitchen very well supplied. They were very attentive to us during hurricane Ian sending us updates from the town of Hilton Head. Would definitely book and stay at Inland Habour anytime. Thanks

Island Song was just as advertised! Beautiful and accommodating place with everything to meet your needs. If you enjoy tennis or pickle ball, the courts right out the back door are great! Loved the organization and labeling of everything. Commuication was great. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Island Song

We are return renters and just love our visits to the Island Song villa. The layout and location are perfect and the property owners are a pleasure to deal with. The recent upgrades only improve a fantastic place. We will definitely return again.
