This condo was fantastic! Just me and my kids, we had a great time. It has everything you need-the solbello umbrella is *awesome* and so easy to use. There are boogie boards and beach chairs. The beach chairs are not the typical low seated beach ones so if that's your preference, be sure to bring your own, but for us it didn't matter. The balcony is great! Love being beach front! And by the afternoon there is no sun directly on the balcony so the beach breeze makes it super comfortable to sit out and enjoy the view, a rain storm, or just the moonlight later on. The topper on the queen bed is SO comfortable. They have padded the legs of the bed (which is great because we found this out by kicking them haha) to protect your toes. The beach blankets that are there for your use are perfect, they don't hold sand and dry very quickly. My kids loved the bunks! They are in what seems like it was originally a closet and work great. My kids are 12 and 9 and had no complaints about comfort of any kind, and the beds are pretty long, but I do think they are not as wide as regular twin beds so older, full size teens may not find them the most comfortable. There is a pull out bed in the sofa and sheets, extra towels, and blankets for this, but we did not use it. Communication with the owners was amazing, the area on the beach is MUCH less busy than farther down the resort, and this is the first place we will look to stay again if we come back to HHI in the future!
