Beautiful views, Great location

Balcony views were beautiful. Easy walk to the beach. Great area for walking. Close proximity to many restaurants. Kitchen is functional, but sparsely stocked for those intending to cook - we tend to cook often due to food allergies. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Retreat

Pros: the view, attractive decor, cleanliness, welcome amenities and extra beach towels from management company, K-Cup coffeemaker, doormat for sand, ceiling fans, nice amount of storage, walk in shower. Found coffee filters under the sink Areas for improvement: old-school scratched Teflon cookware is a health risk, unit doors are very old (either pressboard or foam core) and are disintegrating, Touch-up areas on bathroom walls need to be sanded and painted. *Lack of communication from maintenance personnel! I slept in one day, waking up to a knock on the door quickly followed by a man trying to open the door with a key. He did not announce who he was, or the company he worked for, and kept trying to open the door while he talked to another person outside. I am a solo woman traveler, so thankfully had an extra security lock on the door. When I asked what he needed, he said he was there to do the routine soft wash on the porch and needed to come in. I refused. Next morning it was the same routine, but this time to spray for bugs. The 3rd day a long handled scrub brush appeared over the porch railing, spraying water on windows and furniture. Thankfully I did not have the sliding door open and was not sitting outside! NEVER did I receive any email, text, or see any printed notices posted in stairwells, elevators, or on my unit door that maintenance would require entry to the rental for three consecutive days. Very disruptive!

Penthouse?

We love the spot and it had so many positives. My only question is that it’s listed as a “penthouse”. I realize that used to mean the top floor property, but when you read “penthouse” you expect an extremely high end property. The a/c is in the living room far from the bedroom so the bedroom was very warm. We bought fans at Walmart to compensate. The bathroom had duct tape holding a cabinet shut, an inexpensive shower curtain, and a rod that looked like it was from a kids camp. We loved it, we enjoyed it, but it really wasn’t a “penthouse” in our estimation.

Great Location And Views

Great views of the beach from the balcony and inside the unit. You can semi see the sunrise from the balcony at this time of year, but for full spectacular view highly recommend walking down to the beach. Bed very comfortable, living area furniture not so much, but ok. Bathroom adequate but could definitely use an update. AC worked great (is not central though, definitely fine for most as is, but we always bring a small fan to circulate the air to the sleeping area at night). 100% walkable to the many restaurants / shops at Coligny plaza. (It is a 12 - 15 minute walk, but you are mostly in the shade, and way better and actually faster than trying to find a parking spot at Coligny). Would definitely stay here again, perfect for a couple.

Ocean front villa

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean and fresh upon arrival. The bed was comfortable but the living and dining room furniture were not. They were new and stylish, but like most Home Goods/Wayfair furniture, a bit stiff and hard. We would have liked more towels for an 8 night stay, but we made it work. All in all, it was fine, but a bit high priced in comparison to other villas.
