Gator Friendly

We loved this house. The vibe of this house is very cool. Great location and very easy to get to the beach. You are able to cut right across beautiful golf course. Keep your eyes peeled we had 3 gators that sunned themselves behind our pool and on the side yard. Plenty of parking. Plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. This house is very spread out. We could have used an intercom system from one side to the other.Our host was exceptional and very responsive to all questions and extremely organized.We would stay there again!!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Week

The house is just as described. Very spacious and plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy our week in this lovely home. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to have a great holiday meal. We loved the location so close to the beach.

On a Peaceful Lagoon

This was our first Hilton Head experience and we loved it so much that our next one will be at this same house. Our extended family enjoyed the peaceful setting and proximity to vacation amenities. A short walk to the beach and easy bike ride to restaurants and shops. We spent a lot of time at the house itself in the pool, looking out over the lagoon from the Adirondack chairs or dining areas, seeing egrets, gators and golfers, and relaxing in the sitting rooms. The house was large enough for everyone to find a space to be secluded from others or all together. With floats for the pool, Eagle's Nest is a perfect setting for all generations.

Perfect for family

Absolutely loved the property location and the views were amazing. My husband, myself, our adult children and their partners each had our own bedroom and bathroom plus the house was very spacious. We loved the pool area and how the house wrapped around it. The house could use some updating, but the location and space was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again.

What a fun house this was! So many little nooks to choose from to relax, play games, or just catch up!! Kitchen well stocked—thank you!! The views from the back were stunning. Short distance to beach and centrally located. Highly recommend!!

Back to the Future

The first time we went to Hilton Head Island and stayed in Sea Pines was 1976. We had 2 children ages 3 and 4. We went with friends who had discovered the area in 1974 or so. They had 2 children ages 2 and 5. We all loved the place and have come back many times especially after those friends bought a house there. This stay was the first time in many years we've rented. We could not have been more pleased with the house, it's layout, location and beach access. It was perfect for all of us in every way. Places to be together and places for solitude were abundant. A pool at our disposal 24/7 was such a gift. For our family, coming back to Sea Pines together was so much fun I suspect there will be more visits. In our future.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

What a wonderful place to stay in Sea Pines! Having a bathroom in every room made our trip more enjoyable. The pool was great and the layout of this home was so unique and cozy. The owner was great to work with. Our family would love to stay here again. I cannot say enough about how well this home is stocked. From laundry baskets to spices, it was like being at home. You cannot beat the close walk to the beach for the price and we loved the privacy.

Best family vacation!!

The Eagles Nest is by far the best house we have had in a long time. This house had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The house is so spacious that we each had our own area to just hang out and enjoy! The property is huge compared to All other Hilton Head homes. Spacious yard in front and back. Nice size pool in the center of the house. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need and more! We loved our stay so much that we have already booked the Eagles Nest for two weeks next year.

Awesome home

We loved this home. Everything on one level was great for older members of our group. Kitchen was amazingly well equipped. The view is amazing. Carol was very responsive. This home is exactly as advertised and I would highly recommend it.

Great Vacation Getaway

This is our 10th friends trip and this property was hands down the best we have ever had. More than enough room to spread out and a great pool. Carol was very helpful with any questions that came up which there were very few. we will definitely be back!!!

The property was large and accommodated our family. The house needs to be updated. It was tired in appearance. The pool area could also use some updates and could have been cleaner. The property owners were very responsive to our needs.

Didn’t want to leave!

It was a perfect location. The house was fully equipped. My granddaughters ages 4 and 7 had a wonderful time, also. They spent many hours enjoying the ocean and our private pool. We enjoyed using the grill for several meals. I can highly recommend this location.

Secluded retreat with heated pool, 6 mins walk to ocean beach in gated community

Gorgeous grounds and location, easy walk to beautiful spacious beach, great heated pool in the fenced courtyard, spacious layout of rooms around the pool, lots of room for 4 of us to spread out, would be good for a larger group too. Alligators on very edge of property, sunning themselves, which we enjoyed from a safe distance. Lots of wildlife. House is in the middle of lagoons on a golf course, very beautiful, private setting in a gated resort. Short drive or bike to shops, restaurants, stores, spa. Great communication from the owner to address any issues.

Awesome fall break

This home is the perfect location in Sea Pines! Awesome to have heated pool! Owners are very responsive! Whenever I had a question I would get a response within 20 minute! Short 5 minute walk to beach. Enjoyed spotting alligators in the lagoons but stayed our distance. Never felt threatened. Three mile bike ride to harbor town lighthouse and salty dog. Two mile bike ride to cologny. Perfect for our golden doodle “alligator” Fitting name ;) Great experience! We will return! Thank you Carol for your attention and quick responses!
