Beautiful Villa, Beautiful Island!

This was my families first visit to Sea Pines and we had the best time! This villa is very clean and nicely decorated. The owner went out of her way to make sure we had all of the information about the island prior to our stay. Also, if had a question about finding the best of anything, Cindy gave me many different options. Very responsive! I highly recommend- we will be back!

Fantastic!

We have gone to HHI every year for almost 20 years and this was the best trip yet! The villa was all you could ask for and more! It was spotless upon arrival and had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and fun! Cindy has thought of everything! She also made sure we knew of the fun events happening in town on the fourth and was so sweet to find out anything for me that she wasn’t sure of! You couldn’t ask for better hosts or a better property!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This home was comfy, spacious and super clean. We had plenty of space for our group of 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Less than a 5 minute walk to the pool was perfect. The beach is a quick drive away. Owner was attentive and communicative. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Thanksgiving in Hilton Head

Cindy's place was perfect. Had everything we needed for 6 people to cook and eat Thanksgiving dinner. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at!!! The location was awesome...extremely safe and beautiful. She was so helpful and friendly. We hope to return before springtime. So many things to do in the immediate area, too!!!

We travel by boat twice a year to HHI and dock our boat at Harbour Town. It’s usually 3 couples, but on this trip it was just 2 couples. Our rental property was great. We felt right at home.

A beautiful stay

This property was all you could want. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable to stay in. We went with our daughter, son in law and 6 yr old grandson. We had plenty of room to spread out. There were many extras that that most places don’t offer. The villa was convenient to Harbor Town and the beach. Unless it was abeach view, you couldn't ask for more!

Perfect Escape

The family had an amazing time here. It was the perfect home away from home. The towels, beach wagon and beach toys were a huge hit with my 5 and 6 year old. The community pool was warm and great for the kids. Plenty of room for many families at the same time. The trolley was another huge benefit to the community to be able to get around enjoy. The house was well equipped with everything you need. Cindy was quick to respond and accommodate us on short notice. She checked in frequently to ensure we had everything and to make suggestions. We would stay here again it was just as the pictures and other renters say Thank you Cindy!!

Comfy and Equipped

Traveling with a toddler can be stressful, but the villa had everything we needed (including a baby gate)! It was definitely a relief, and very much felt like a home away from home. Cindy had great suggestions on things to do and places to eat, and was very responsive. The house is close to a trolly stop making it super easy to get around Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply Fantastic Week!

The only negative aspect to our stay is we had to come home. Loved being able to walk to the Lighthouse and shops, while kids could ride bikes and trolly to the beach. Fantastic hosts who suggested all the right spots to grad breakfast or a nice dinner. A home away from home feel.

Villa feels like a home, not a rental.

This Sea Pines Villa felt like a home, not a rental property. Clean, updated and well maintained. Everyone in our party had a great week of sleep on comfortable beds. Bathroom showers were clean and water pressure was great. Kitchen was well equipped and all appliances in unit were in great shape. Loved having the washer and dryer off the enclosed entry patio/ beach drop zone area. The beach closet with beach essentials was fantastic! Beach wagon and chairs were clean and in great condition. We had brought are own chairs and umbrellas not knowing what we would find, but next time we will not pack them. They truly have everything you need for all ages to have a great beach week, including plenty of nice beach towels. Our villa car pass let us park in the Sea Pines Beach Club parking lot and we always found a space no matter the time of day. Clean bathrooms, sand washing stations, life guards on duty and plenty of dining options. The pool at the villa is large, clean and surrounded by beautiful trees. Plenty of nice lounge chairs and shaded spots if you need out of the sun. We loved the location of the villa. The area was quiet and peaceful when sitting on the back patio overlooking the golf course. It was a quick bike ride to Harbour Town and less than 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Property owners do a great job communicating from the time of booking to departure. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Cindy and Wynn!

Two families comfortable together in the condo. Cindy is a fantastic host. Communicates efficiently, transparently and is accommodating to our needs. We loved the location right next to Harbour town. Will be back!
