A gem of a unit on Hilton Head

We wanted a top-floor, quiet location, nice view rental with a king bed for our one-month stay and this was PERFECT. The balcony overlooks a protected marsh that is a birdwatcher's dream come true. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away allowing for plenty of time on the sand. And the gated development has a nice pub and many other amenities. The unit is perfect for a couple's getaway. The owners are friendly and responsive. Would i come back? heck yeah!

Great condo and location

My husband and I enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The property was clean, neat and well organized, great for just the 2 of us. The beach and pool were a short walk and we used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that were stocked almost everyday. We had some nice breezes the week we stayed and were able to use the balcony often, which had quite a bit of privacy(not facing the parking lot like most). Would definitely recommend this property to others.

This is a beautiful condo that is very well stocked. Super close to the beach and pool. The king size bed is very comfortable. The only thing that would make it better is if you could see the ocean from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow great property and FANTASTIC owners!!

What a wonderful place, spacious and very well decorated, had everything we needed, steps from the beach and pool (which we used a ton!). Owners fabulous, had a couple of things we needed to contact them on and they were super responsive and handled things quickly! Highly recommend this property and owners!!!

Perfect getaway

My family, husband and 2 kids (10 and 8) had a great week. The condo was in a great location, close to airport, on the beach with a lifeguard and a great pool with fun activities throughout the week right on property. Plenty to do when it was sunny or rainy. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed from kitchen to linens to beach stuff! Thanks for a your hospitality!

Perfect July 4th Holiday Getaway!

My sister and I stayed in this villa on HHI for a week beginning July 4th. Our mother and her husband stayed just across the street from the resort on Folly Field so the location was perfect for us. Mike and Cindy are incredibly responsive and have a beautiful place - well-appointed, nicely decorated, with everything you could possibly need on a vacation! We loved how quiet the villa’s location was and didn’t have any issues with noise even though the resort was pretty full during our stay. It was so nice to have the beach and pool close by! Even though we had a bit of weather one night from Tropical Storm Elsa, we felt safe and cozy inside - it was just like being at home. Thanks Mike and Cindy for hosting us! We look forward to our next visit to HHI and hope to stay at your villa again!

Amazing vacation… Amazing property

My husband and I took our first vacation in quite a while… It was actually the first time we’ve used vrbo .. The process was extremely easy and the property that we stayed at was absolutely stunning… We needed nothing… Everything was there .. the condo was impeccable .. it was extremely comfortable in fact I didn’t want to go home… I would definitely stay here again. Great Escape!

Awesome unit with lots of upgraded/high end features, it was the perfect getaway escape after a few stressful months. The condo has everything you could need for a great stay at the beach-from games for rainy days, chairs, umbrellas, etc.-it was nice to not have to worry about packing these bulky items. The well stocked kitchen came in handy as we cooked each meal in the condo. My husband and I will miss enjoying our meals on the balcony. The owners were awesome at communicating their Covid cleaning procedures, and we found the unit to be exceptionally clean, and we appreciated the extra disinfect sprays/cleaners left for our use. A tropical storm came during our stay, and we appreciated how they checked in and offered advice. We really enjoyed our stay, and are looking forward to a future trip!

Anniversary stay at Hilton Head Island

The condo was everything it said it was in the description on HomeAway. Was not disappointed. We had a very relaxing time. The people at the condo resort were very friendly and the resort was beautiful. We hope to be able to rent it again next year.
