Kitchen was well stocked. Pool sensors failed and had to wait for repairs even though we paid 100 a day. House was very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Great home for larger family vacation

Perfect home for our post graduation family vacation (7 adults 2 kids). Rooms were very clean and roomy, up to date decor, plenty of room for the whole family at the table for dinner and living room for post dinner games. Kitchen was well stocked, including a spice drawer!! Walking distance to beach, playground midway was perfection for kids, and the pool at the house was great after a day at the beach! We enjoyed the ping pong table in the evenings also! House had lots of beach chairs, a beach wagon and beach toys we used! We are already looking forward to returning for another stay next summer!!

Great House - Great Service

The house is wonderful. Loved the layout and amenities. Great for families with kids. Our large group never felt crowded, and everyone had their own space when needed. We had a few minor issues that were handled promptly by rental agency. Would definitely recommend both the house and the agency.

Family and Friends get away!!

Bachelor party golf trip

Great trip. I was initially nervous due to prior reviews of noise complaints after 10pm as I was staying with 11 guys for a bachelor party golf trip. We did not have any problems whatsoever. Property was as advertised, and could not have been more seamless during check-in and check-out.

Family Vacation

We had a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. The home worked out perfect for us. We were all able to gather at meals, the bunk room was perfect for the grandkids, and everyone loved the pool. The ledge on the pool is perfect for little ones. The beach was a short walk and was nice.

Our first trip without our kids

We had a group of 6 couples that were brought together by our children. We have been friends for 20 yrs and watched each other's kids grow up, graduate, get married and have kids. We had talked about going on a vacation together but covid delayed it. We finally made it a reality and this house was perfect! We were able to be together inside or outside. The house was decorated beautifully and stocked well enough that we didn't have to purchase extras. One of the bathtubs wasn't draining well. We called maintenance and they responded quickly. We appreciate the owner sharing this house with us and look forward to renting it again in the future!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay in the home, 7 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room to gather and also have quiet time. Check in was easy, and the house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. Probably 1/4 mile but it's all paved and boardwalk so pulling a wagon full of beach stuff is very easy. Definitely would stay there again!

Perfect Retreat

From the layout to the décor, everything about this property was amazing! This home is very inviting and well kept. The two property managers are wonderful and pay attention to every detail of this home away from home. The bunk bed room was a big hit with ages 9-13 and the porch is pure heaven. This rental is truly exceptional and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you!

Great rental experience

We rented this house for a week-long vacation with 11 family members, including 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4 years old to 15. There was plenty of space for all of us. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kids particularly loved the bunk room upstairs. The pool is bigger than it looks in pictures, and was clean and perfectly warm. I loved the nearby beach -- the water was warm, the waves were gentle, and the sand was soft. It is a public beach, so it does get busy on the weekends. There were plenty of beach supplies at the house -- a wagon, a couple of umbrellas, probably 4-5 chairs, and about 15 beach towels. We did have some minor issues with the house (elevator, coffee maker, pool filter), but the property manager was very responsive and all of our issues were promptly addressed. My only complaint is that some of the kitchen amenities could be better. All of our basic needs were met (dishes, basic cookware, etc), and they supplied a few bonus items like a blender and slow cooker. However, we could have really used a second dishwasher, a second fridge or mini-fridge, and a 4-slice toaster. We found ourselves running the dishwasher after every meal, and we were constantly lining up for the toaster in the morning. (It was very slow, in addition to only supporting 2 slices.) That is a very minor complaint, but worth being aware of if you have a large group.

FABULOUS PROPERTY WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A GETAWAY

I can't say enough great things about this home & the property owner!! I booked this place for a weekend getawy with 12 of my girlfriends and upon arrival the house was so clean. From the stunning kitchen, beautiful porch, large bedrooms, & gorgeous pool, this home had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and the garage was filled with beach accessories like chairs, a wagon, umbrella. We will be back!

From check in to check out everything was on point . It was our very first girls trip the property manager answered all our needs in a timely manner. The location was EVERYTHING. The house was better than the online pictures . The 6 Full size bunk beds was a plus - it gave us extra sleeping space . I would definitely refer this as an option in HILTON HEAD
