We had a super week in Hilton Head... great family time, nice end of summer weather and this beautiful house! The 6 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The house was immediately comfortable and everything was as advertised. Highly recommend this house!

He k in was easy. House was available about 2 hours before the check in time. Property mgr sent a text with door code and garage code. After we arrived the property mgr stopped by to go over things like using TVs, Sonos etc.

Great family vacation

This was our 2025 family vacation location. The house was perfect for our 12 family members, ranging in ages from super-adult to two months. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the island - finding the location perfect for our needs. The six bedrooms were exactly what we needed to provide all couples and pairs of children with private sleeping quarters. Two thumbs up!

The best vacation ever

This house was so perfect for our family. Enough space for everyone, beautiful and clean and a good location. The pool was enjoyed by all ages. My favorite spot was the sun room. We also loved the game room and the kid’s room with NBA Jam. Having an elevator was the perk I didn’t know I needed. We didn’t use it more than a couple of times, but it was appreciated. We had the best vacation and hope to return next summer. Thanks to our host and the excellent property manager.

Fantastic House for large family

We loved this home. It was perfect for our family - there were 15 of us! It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and 2 laundry rooms. The pool and deck area was perfect for gathering during the day. The proximity of the beach was perfect! Communication with the property manage was easy. Overall, we would highly recommend this property! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Everything and everyone involved with the rental was outstanding! The house was exactly as described and in a great location. Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful trip! The pool was so fabulous to have at the house- we had several children who love to swim. The beach was closer than I thought- houses are close together which was fine, no issue with noise. It was really quiet for being so close to everything.. We loved having 2 fridges especially with such a big family. We’ll be back!!

Great trip

Place really is great, great design with small kitchen and laundry upstairs and laundry down. Only suggestion since parking is basically in the garage possibly provide a garage opener? Also? Not sure how to get to the beach without walking through someone’s property? Maybe some help with that for future renters. Thanks again. I imagine we will try and rent again.

Best Spring Break

We had a GREAT family time and enjoyed the space the house had to offer. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom!! Lots of different spaces to go in the house. The location was perfect for bike riding and getting to the beach. Amy was very involved and was so good to communcate and answer our questions. We hope to stay again in the future!! Family celebration

Our stay at this beautiful home was so wonderful. We gathered for a milestone birthday celebration and the house was perfect for cooking and communing around the gorgeous kitchen. The house offered amenities for all ages: elevator for the older set and pool and game room for the younger crew. The owners were super friendly and helpful, responding promptly to questions and even checking in to make sure we had everything we needed while there. We would definitely come back for another stay and highly recommend this house.

Fall Break w/ Family

The perfect home for our fall family get together (14 of us)! We had planned to be in our new home in the area, but construction delays made that impossible. We felt SO blessed to have found this home to use instead. In fact, I think everyone was glad the delay to our home had happened! :-) From the moment we opened the door we knew it would be a great set up! The openness and furnishings of the first living floor were expansive, but still felt homey and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, 2 refrigerators were a big bonus for us as well! The elevator made for easy unloading of our luggage and groceries. All of the bedrooms had their own en suite baths and 4 were with king beds, allowing all of our adult children/spouses to be in a king room which we have found to be rare in vacation rentals. The grands LOVED the bunk room, kids room with old school NBA Jam, and the garage game room. The pool was the perfect temperature (we did have them heat) and was enjoyed by all. There were beach items available to use in the garage. The only slight negative was that there was construction on the properties at the beach making it a little harder to navigate to the beach path. However, construction is already in the later stages, so this is obviously just a temporary issue. It was a quick walk w/o having to cross any roads with the little ones. The beach is gorgeous and uncrowded. ALL of us rate this property as a 10++!
