  • Our Unit at the Breakers # 071984 is registered with the Town of Hilton Head in compliance with their Short-Term Rental Ordinance.
    Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean.

    After many years, the opportunity presented itself for our family to purchase one of these oceanfront villas. We could not walk away from the chance to make one of these our own.

    Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach!

    We invite you and your family to visit and create your own memories. We can facilitate weekly and monthly rentals. (Snowbirds are welcome with great discounts). We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. We offer a 25% discount for monthly rentals. However, only weekly rentals are accepted from the first of March through the end of October. All other rental requests will be considered so don't hesitate to ask.

The condo was very nice! It was in a beautiful location, centrally located to lots of shops and restaurants. It was beachfront and steps from the beach. It was also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that there was a large bar across the top of the balcony railing that blocked your view of the ocean unless you were standing. Some higher chairs for the balcony would really improve the view. Overall it was a very nice stay!

We enjoyed our short stay. The unit is exactly as pictured. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the area, plus location was super convenient and parking was included.

The place was a great small place for my husband and I. The beach access, pool, restaurants and shopping were superb. Scott (parking guard) was very helpful and absolutely a great asset to this property. Just a great guy! The deer were beautiful coming out several times a day. As far as the noise level goes with neighboring condos, it was awful. We couldn’t sit on the balcony left a day early due to noise & privacy issues next door. 5 people (2 adults & 3 kids) in a tiny condo is not a good idea. The walls and ceilings are VERY thin. Other than that, we had a nice time.

Rental was very nice, couldn’t beat the beautiful ocean view! Owner sent us a text the day of letting us know the rental was ready earlier than expected. What nice people! Space was perfect for two people, had everything we needed for our stay. Only wish it had been longer.

Incredible views just steps away from the beach! The condo itself is so comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. We literally parked and didn’t have to get in the car again for the entire week- great shopping area with restaurants within close walking distance. Communication with owners is wonderful.

Overall, I would recommend this property. The view is beautiful though counter height chairs would be really nice (the railing is in a really bad spot). The condo was clean and check in / parking was a breeze. It is in easy walking distance to several casual restaurants. The beach is beautiful. It was, however, very crowded. We walked up the beach a hundred yards or so as it was much less busy. Be warned, the condo, while well kept and clean is quite small.

We would stay there again! The view from the balcony was great! The dishwasher was in disrepair. We had an issue with getting into the condo with the lock code, but the issue was quickly resolved after contacting owner.

If you're looking for the perfect Hilton Head getaway, this beachfront condo at Coligny Beach checks every box. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this cozy, clean condo. The location simply can't be beaten—just steps from the soft sand and the Atlantic Ocean and all the fun Coligny has to offer.The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything necessary for preparing meals, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Having a private balcony to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the waves was one of our favorite parts of the trip.One of the biggest highlights is the location. Coligny Beach is one of the best spots on Hilton Head Island, and being able to walk to Coligny Plaza was a huge bonus. We enjoyed browsing the shops, trying local restaurants, grabbing Rita's, and listening to live music in the evenings—all without ever needing to drive.We left feeling refreshed and already talking about our next visit. If you're planning a trip to Hilton Head Island and want a clean, comfortable, beachfront condo in an unbeatable location, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

The condo was just as listed - it was a bit cramped, very small and felt a little chaotic with little to no storage for luggage/belongings but otherwise everything was really great!
