Everything was great! The only thing that I had a problem with, was there was no soap to wash your hands with in the one bathroom. I did have a problem figuring out how to lock the main door, but I messaged the property manager and got a response back. So no worries!

Definitely one of the best stays you can get on HHI! The house was pristine and is as well stocked as any rental Ive ever stayed at (Ive stayed at many). Really what every property should strive for (had a 7 day stay- its so nice not to have to go buy tp and trash bags, etc. Highly recommend!

Proerty was very comfortable and well thought out. No complaints! Just three suggestions to make it even better: 2 luggage racks in each bedroom, grab bar in bathrooms, and retractable clothes line above tubs/showers so wet clothes can dry without damage to the property or belongings. . These are only suggestions. The place is wonderful!

Quick Getaway

Overall this property was great and fit what we were looking for. Beds were comfy and clean. The condo was stocked with everything we needed plus more during our stay. Easy access to get in and great communication. The only downside was a tiny bit of a musty smell when we arrived.

Highly recommend!!

Property was super nice, clean, and fit all of our needs for a quick little getaway!! Close to the beach and things to do! Meredith was super nice to work with and was really great to communicate with! Overall, highly recommend!

Hilton Head Island stay

This is a nice location with quiet, but friendly neighbors and well kept outdoor pool. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. Did contact the property manager with concerns about the cleanliness of a filter and how congested we were when in the villa - she was very responsive, and came and changed it that day. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the villa as a whole. Blinds were broken, which didn’t bother me except they were covered in dust when I touched them to lock a window. We also found clusters of fake eyelashes in a drawer, and a pair of thong underwear under the bed. Aside from the cleanliness issue, the villa was nice. I don’t know if I would return to this location if we did return to the area.

Perfect location

Great location near sea pines and coligny plaza. We had access to all the things we wanted to do on our short stay. The wagon and beach supplies were very appreciated!! The only comment - I didn't see there was a charge for early check in listed in the description, I'm not sure that would have changed our mind, but it would have been nice to know on the front end, instead of VRBO sending me an overdue notice for the payment.

We have rented numerous places over the years including owning a rental unit ourselves. This is the first place we have ever rented that required us to have a streaming service to get decent TV stations even though cable was advertised in the VRBO Listing.Since we stayed a month, several things would have made the stay better. * There were no dressers to put cloths in, * There was no good place to set up a computer and printer, * The patio furniture was rusty and not very inviting, * The. place had only been surface cleaned prior to our arrival

Property is becoming dated. Toilet would not stop running in primary bedroom, bathtub in second bedroom would not drain well. Mattresses were so so. Smelled musty. Fridge was good. TVs worked. Furniture was okay. Amenities within short driving distance.

a renovated condo with easy access to the beach

I stayed in this condo unit with easy access to many things, including the beach in HHI. The pictures were accurate in describing the unit and the manager was responsive and flexable about the checkout time. We will definitely go back to this unit if we visit HHI again.
