Grace Meadows: 3BR/3BA, close To Westin, Beach, Golf & Tennis

  • The links is a quiet gated community in Port Royal Plantation. Our villa is a bright and comfortable one story condo that is on the bend of the 7th fairway of the Barony Golf Course. We are at the back end of the Links which offers seclusion and privacy.

    The Carolina sun room and the master bedroom look out on the golf course. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen beds, private bathroom, and a window seat. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress and is close to the full hall bathroom. Our kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer.

    A gas grill is on the outdoor flagstone patio between the villa and the separate two car garage. The patio is a great place to eat outdoors. The two car garage has the golf cart for trips to the beach, tennis or the Westin Resort. Beach chairs along with pool and beach toys are kept in the garage for your use. The family room has a cathedral ceiling with a flat screen TV, DVD player, wet bar, and free Wi-Fi . Keyless front door entry allows you to drive directly to the villa upon your arrival.

    The beach is a three minute ride in our private golf cart. The beach park has a playground and restrooms. The Links has a community pool which is close to our villa. Hilton Head has many tree lined paths for walking or bicycling. Our villa offers all the comforts of home in a wonderful vacation spot.

    We are close to excellent restaurants, great shopping, tennis, short walk to the Westin Resort, cinemas, and of course Starbucks. Day trips to Savannah and Charleston are also excellent getaways.

    Our listing was previously know as 'Tatami Bahami Villa'.

The place was clean and organized when we arrived. We enjoyed having easy access to the beach for daily walks. It was also fun watching the golfers on the course that is directly behind the unit. It location was quiet and relaxing but still convenient to shopping and activities that we wanted to do.

We spent a fantastic week at Grace Meadows for spring break. Our family was able to spread out and relax during our whole stay. The golf cart made getting to the beach incredibly easy. This home was well appointed with everything we could need in the kitchen and throughout each room. The golf cart was especially helpful in getting to and from the beach and we were grateful to have so much beach gear available. We also loved the location that made it easy to get to local attractions. Margie was incredibly responsive and made our stay extra delightful.

Margie is an excellent host. From the minute we secured our stay she went over and above to provide all information or instructions that we would need. Any question we had was immediately answered. The house was in exceptional shape and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again

Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for the family. Close to the beach (having a golf cart was a nice add). The house was very clean and beautiful. If you are heading to HHI this is the place to stay!

Great time in Hilton Head

The property was clean, semi-secluded, well maintained, and stocked with everything we'd want. The beach was very close and easily reachable via the golf cart and bikes. We had a blast!

The property was just what the 5 of us needed for a 4-day stay for a wedding at the Westin. Clean, good accommodations, close proximity to a nice public beach. The golf cart was such a great bonus! Margie was very helpful with instructions.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious! If we had any issues the property owner was accessible and responsive. The golf cart made getting to the beach extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying here and we would book again!

Exactly what we were looking for

Exactly what we were looking for. We needed a place for me to attend a conference and for my husband and Adult children to Visit and bring our grandchildren and all have fun. The location was perfect and the home was fully stocked with more than we could’ve dreamed of.

The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family

A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. The provided golf cart is a plus in getting to and from the beach. Communication of information before and during our stay was exceptional! This place is a winner in many ways!

Cannot stop staying at Port Royal--The Links. Nothing else feels like The Links. The entire Links community is so well maintained.

Amazing place and location!

We chose this townhouse because of the location and size, and neither disappointed! Margie’s house was even cuter than the pictures. It was super clean and we had lots of room to spread out. Our sons loved the variety of sports and beach equipment in the garage and the golf cart made getting to the beach quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Quiet location on golf course

We stayed for a month at this property. Had a little trouble with TV and Margie responded immediately. The golf cart was a plus, and so was the beach wagon. Also our first time at port Royal plantation. Great location! We joined Hilton head recreation center….great place to exercise.

Perfect stay

We have stayed in this complex for years. Each unit is a little different, but they are all great. The condo was spotless, the service was great, it's close to the beach and there is a golf cart to get you there. Will definitely be back next time we go to HHI.

Absolutely Perfect

This unit is perfect if you want privacy! Very clean as well. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 7 yo and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of room to move around and cook. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. (curtain liner in queen bedroom needs replacing) The golf cart and bikes were amazing to have! We forgot our beach toys but the garage closet was well stocked and lots of beach chairs. We loved this house and would definitely stay again! :)

Wonderful stay

This was our second year staying at this condo and it did not disappoint again. This year the master bath was upgraded which was very nice. I greatly appreciate rental properties that actually put money back into the property. This was our second vacation of the summer and it made me appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and the good condition of the appliances and cookware. I also didn’t feel like I needed to wash every dish before we used it. The rest of the condo was equally welcoming. The location is so perfect and quiet and private despite being in the middle of HHI. All around great stay and I hope to come back again.

Wonderful !!!

We have been traveling to HHI for the past 26 years and this rental was the best place we have ever rented while staying on the island . It was super clean, decorated so nicely and the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach was just awesome ! I am very hopeful I will be able to rent this same place each year !! We loved the peacefulness of the rental as well . ! Margie was just awesome to communicate with during the entire rental and stay process .! I am so thankful for such a great 2024 vacation week !! Thank you !!!
