This multi-level, four-bedroom villa offers a breathtaking view of the Sound and beach almost immediately. Upon entering from the foyer at 1469 Sound Villa and going up a half level, you will be in the main living space, which offers plenty of very comfortable, attractive seating for your extended family. Accenting the room is a wall-mounted 50” flat screen TV, game table and granite topped wet bar. Sliding glass doors access the private wraparound balcony, which overlooks the water and palmettos. A gas grill is located on the balcony which also has access from the dining area that seats 8 and overlooks the spectacular view.
