Family Fourth of July holiday

The house was amazing had everything you need for cooking for a family of 18. Pool larger than expected which was a great surprise plenty of pool toys for the kids Floaties everything you need to go to the beach wagons chairs umbrellas, wakeboards boogieboards. The 2 laundry rooms for amazing the only thing I think that would make that house better is if it had two stoves/ovens and two dishwashers. The kitchen refrigerator was huge and the extra one in the garage was a nice addition.. Also being able to park in the garage was a big plus to keep vehicles off the road since that isn’t allowed. I don’t know where your hat is. I’ll have to get another one. I don’t think so. Why because you just pooped seriously were you being a smart ass? I did not call my phone. I said I was gonna order it there. I said that three times now.Host was wonderful to work with very responsive had to have a light replaced that went out in the master bathroom. It was fixed the very next morning and needed some attention to the pool and that was resolved within 15 minutes.. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Great Location

This property is absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful house in a great location, short walk to beach. Lots of great shops and restaurants within walking and/or biking distance. The management was very friendly and responded quickly. Would recommend having the pool heated, we were there in May and the pool water was chilly. Be sure to bring your favorite cookware and/or spices if you plan on cooking in house.

Stunning house and furnishings

This property was beautiful, inside and out. The furnishings and décor in every room were high end and the shuffleboard was so fun - we even had a tournament! Very close to the beach and within biking distance of town. Bikes provided in the garage were great and the pool and backyard area was lovely. Would suggest including cleaning supplies under the sink for any messes and spills. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed for our big family. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great house

The pool is much larger in person. The yard is so big and has a wonderful dining space outside by the pool. It is a 4 minute very easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again!

Great place for large families

We spent a week at this property and it was great. The house was well maintained and beds very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and in a great location. Our only complaint was there is no door to the bunk room. Close enough to ride bikes to Coligny and other locations, but far enough out that it’s not crowded on the beach. It was great to have a private pool. Steve the property manager was very responsive to any of our needs throughout the week!

Perfect for families..

We rented this house for our annual family trip, and we loved it!! The house was perfect for my family as our age range was 18yrs-74 yrs old. We enjoyed the pool, grill area and corn hole. The house is located near plenty of shopping and dining. The beach access located across the street was really convenient. A huge plus was having the property manager readily available to answer any questions or concerns. If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable house for your family vacation this is the place.

Better than expected and great for large family gathering

We gathered in HHI for my father's funeral and needed to accommodate a large family and the house was available and perfect for multiple families and kids of all ages. It wasn't warm enough for us to enjoy the pool, but a couple crazy kids jumped in and we all took advantage of the easy walk to the beach. The house was amazing; we had enough rooms for couples and kids, although the bunk room kids complained of not being able to sleep in because of the openness of the room to the lower living area. The art in the house was notable and the overall decor was beautiful and serene in its coastal blue tones. We felt lucky we were able to find such a suitable house for such a large group on short notice. Steve Janning was accessible and informative. Overall: excellent.
