Family reunion

My four children plus spouses and 8 grandchildren had not been together in 3 years. The house accommodated 18 of us very comfortably. The house was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, etc. My boys love to cook and grill. The two dishwashers made it extra easy! We loved the entire week! Kids and adults loved pool and we all loved beach.

Perfect family vacation

Wonderful home and location. Wonderful hosts. Short walk to the beautiful beach (5 min brisk pace). The house is wonderfully supplied with linens, kitchenware and beach items - everything we needed! Thank you Mackie for a fantastic stay!

This home is outstanding!! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was a huge plus!!! The owners thought of every detail and they were so quick to respond to every question or request that we had. We look forward to having our group stay here again in the future!!

Annual Family Beach Vacation

The home was prefect for our growing family. we were able to cook most meals during our stay with the home having all the cookware we needed. The grill was great. Easy access to beach with the home located on a dead end road. The park and bike paths next door were amazing. - We have gone on many beach vacations with our family over the years - This home and beach location has moved to the top of our list! We hope to make it back next year.

30 year Friend Reunion

We booked this beautiful home for a friend reunion !We are all seniors in our 70’s and chose this home because of the 5 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. This home has a well equipped kitchen and large dining table. Pool & hot tub were perfect and in the sunshine ! Mackie addressed any concerns promptly and she was a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to a beautiful beach and a park. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy the wonders of Hilton Head Island!

Checked all our boxes

We have rented numerous houses in several different locations, and this is the first one that not only checked every box we had, but lived up to all the expectations in the listing and photos. The house had everything we needed for our 4 families and 10 kids ranging in ages 11-1. The size of the house was perfect, the king suites and bunk rooms were incredible, my wife is still talking about how comfortable the mattress was in our room. The beach was a very short walk, the pool was perfect, and TV's were everywhere! We had some trouble with the Dish, so if it was smart TV, we just connected to our streaming services. The fridge and the bathroom on the main floor by the pool was a game changer for all the kids. To top it off, the host was the most responsive, kind, and informative host I have ever had. Any questions I had seemed like they got answered instantly. We had no issues because everything was perfect, but I am confident that if we had, she would have resolved it immediately.

Fantastic vacation home for any occasion!

Clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated, plenty of room to spread out and the perfect kitchen and dining area to gather together! Thoughtful linens, towels and even beach towels! A sweet heated pool for lazy afternoons with the kids! Our family vacation could not have been better.

FFV-Fun Family Vacation

For our number of family members and the age range this property is perfect. The common space easily accomodated our 20. The kitchen size made breakfast making for multiple families easy. The pool was a good finisher after a day at the beach or alternative. The beach was an easy 5-10 minute walk and the mat on the sand mademuch easier.

Hilton Head Getaway

Amazing house with all of the amenities you could need! We have stayed at plenty of rentals and this one was stocked with the essentials beyond our expectations!! The location was also perfect! Perfect mix of quiet and relaxing while still close enough to any action you may need! Not a single complaint!

Great multigenerational vacation house

Just as advertised. Great location. House with plenty of room and layout for multiple families with and without kids. Many places to congregate. Especially enjoyed pool area and proximity to lovely beach. Only downside was that indoor basement rec room wasn't as nice as hoped. It wasn't air conditioned and smelled rather musty. This did not really subtract from experience since there were so many other great spaces. Host Mackie was a great communicator and flexible in important way. Overall, a wonderful family holiday venue.

Incredible house and host!!

Absolutely loved staying at this home! Between having multiple refrigerators and freezers, two dishwashers, a basement that is extremely entertainment ready, lots of pool toys, kickboards beach chairs, as well as umbrellas. And, I couldn’t believe the amount of beach towels that were available for us to use. The pool was a lot of fun for us to use, it even had a hot tub. The beach was just a short walk from the house. The host was extremely responsive to every question that we had! We were trying to find a blade to a blender for margaritas and could not find it, the host actually went to the trouble of overnighting a blender to us. I couldn’t believe it! I would definitely stay at this home again. Oh being so pleased with all the amenities to this home, I was very impressed with how immaculate the home was! I highly recommend!

Wonderful house

Great house. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and places to hang out. Dining room table that seats 14 plus a kitchen island right next to it that seats six. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend this home!

Great Vacation Home

Our family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Each section of the home is well furnished and enjoyable whether it’s outside at the pool or inside in the spacious living areas. With 14 chairs in the dining room and 6 stools at the kitchen island there was a seat for everyone. The 5 en suite bedrooms and two bunk rooms were perfect for us. There was only a short walk on a maintained path to the lovely beach nearby. Our contact Mackie was immediately available to answer our questions. We would stay at this vacation home again.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This house is amazing! It is as beautiful as the photos and designed perfectly for a multi family vacation. We were 2 families with adult children ranging in ages 19-28. Spacious bedrooms, extra bath towels, really large dining table that fit all 10 of us for dinner and board games. Our favorite was the screened in porch. Spent a lot of our time there. So many extras included: thick beach towels, beach chairs, wagon to haul it all to the beach. Pool and rec area were great. We loved the location too. I was worried about distance to the beach and no need…it is an easy short walk to the beach. We will definitely book at this house again! Owner was great to work with.

Family vacation

Absolutely beautiful house

We were a group of 3 families with kids ages 8-18. The house was perfect size, enough beds and bedrooms for everyone. Each room having its own bathroom was great for privacy. The house had plenty of refrigerators for each family. Beautifully decorated and clean! Had plenty of laundry and dishwasher detergents. The house is across the street from the park which has everything you’d want! Bike trails, tennis, baseball field, basketball, pickleball, and playground. Great walking access to the beach one street down! Off a quiet street with a handful of homes. We all enjoyed our vacation! Side note: IF you wanted to play pickleball, there are markings for it at the park basketball court- However you have to bring your own net- we did not know that, and had to go buy one as everywhere we had come across on the island you had to pay to play and reserve times- we brought our paddles and ball but had no net. So keep that in mind!

Family Holidays

Very nice house. We had our family for the holidays. (From 2 years old to 72) The house was cozy and kids friendly. It was close to the beach, tennis courts, playground, pickeball. We just needed the car to do groceries and restaurants that were close by. It was cold but the pool and hot tub was perfect. The foosball was very helpful to entertain the kids We would rent this house again.

For Thanksgiving week, we had a total of 14 family members ages from 4-75. The house was perfect for our group as everyone had a comfortable bed, plenty of linens and an abundance of beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and having 2 dishwashers came in handy. The large dining room table allowed us to enjoy dinners together. The outdoor screened porch was perfect for quiet (until kids found us) morning coffee. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the nearby park was a plus. We had bikes delivered and it was an easy ride to the beach access point. The owner was over and above cooperative and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay there again.
