  • Fully remodeled 2 story, first floor villa with private courtyard located in Hilton Head Beach Club. Reserved parking at your front door makes unloading a breeze. This quiet, private villa is located just one block from the beach, Coligny Plaza and Hilton Heads new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This remodel includes 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker). You will also find a first floor washer/dryer for your convenience. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, private attached bath and your own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the on-site pool, or beach just one block away. Tennis, biking, shopping and dinning at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the villa. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Great location. Walk to beach, coligny and park. House had plenty of space for everyone to have their own area. 2.5 bathrooms. Quiet. Would recommend.

This was our first stay at Hilton Head and it was wonderful. The house was perfect. It is very well kept and has all the necessities. The owners made the process so smooth and easy, they were also available during the stay for anything needed! The location of the house was great as well it’s very close to an amazing park and a short walk to the beach which was easily doable for myself and my 8 and 11yr old girls. The house also came with a good variety of beach gear which was also very nice! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and place to stay!

Property matched the description. Great for our family of four. It was well maintained and spotless when arrived. Host was great and had quick response. Easy walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

We had the BEST time staying here! The condo was clean and spacious, we had a family of five there for a week and were very comfortable. Takes about 30 seconds to walk to the pool which is so fun and clean! The beach is about 0.4 miles away and took 8 minutes walking with a five year old! Only about 6 minutes when it was just me. There is so much to do within walking distance. Overall, we had the best time and would love to stay here again!

Loved this location! Easy and pretty walk to beach, park, and restaurants. The condo was completely as advertised. I would stay here again. It looks like a new Publix is under construction within walking distance which will only make it better.
