Located less than a 10 minute (most shaded!) walk from Folly Field Beach, this condo is lovely, comfortable and well-appointed. We are a family of four and the condo was a great space for all of us, especially with the 2.5 bathrooms and ample cozy seating in the living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with decent quality cookware, which was utilized and very helpful. There were thoughtful touches for dog owners, like bowls and hooks near the doorway for leashes. The outdoor spaces were comfortable and spacious as well and added to the useable living space. The condo was clean, and a very relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day as a family.The check in/out process was super easy and both the parking and condo location is so convenient. Quiet, safe and super comfortable - we had a great stay and definitely plan to return!

The villa was as advertised, updated and clean with easy check-in/out process. We had a great stay, the location was perfect to nearby beach, walking path, restaurants and social activities including great golf courses. We enjoyed option of relaxation on either of the (2) outside sitting areas. It was our 8th annual visit to Hilton Head and this property was simply one of the best we stayed at with everything needed to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart) to indoor games for the rainy days. The host was very accommodating and great to work with open communication through booking, check-in, the stay and check-out. We highly recommend booking/staying here, we'll book for next year.

Such a perfect getaway!!

First of all let’s talk location. It is a five minute walk to the beach. The pool is a minute away as it is across the parking lot and the trolley stop is across the street and takes you to shopping and Coligny beach!! The condo itself is so nice. It has anything you would need. All the creature comforts of home. The beds are soft and the bathrooms are clean. We had fun at night playing the games provided( some you can’t even get anymore. I have stayed in quite a few condos here and other places and by far this was the best. It is staying on my favorites!’

Wonderful getaway

Lovely villa with thoughtful amenities

Clean and bright and near the beach. It had everything needed for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the little things-electronic charging pads, plenty of outlets. The welcome toiletries and towels and tissues folded into flower presentations made it feel very special and pretty. Would definitely recommend.

Family Reunion

My family enjoyed our stay. Property was close to beach and host provided extra beach chairs. We reached out to Christy because battery in door lock was low and she had in taken care of in minutes. The property pool was a little disappointing, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Clean updated dog- friendly townhome

Updated end unit townhome with lots of light and within walking distance of the beach. The furnishings were in great condition. Truly enjoyed our stay. Has everything you need, even chargers. Perhaps the only thing that might need replaced is the beach cart. That won’t stop me from giving this place 5 stars. Would certainly go back!

2024 Family Time

We really enjoyed out time in Hilton Head. It was our annual vacation with our adult children. The place was clean, conveniently located to the beach and room to hang out as a family. The main inconvenience for us was that all the bedrooms were on the second floor. This is probably me when booking, but was looking for a place that had the main bedroom on the main level as my husband has bad knees and struggles with stairs. But he survived! The pool was closed the first couple of days and was so shaded, that I did not even use it after it did open and that is one of the reasons I booked there. But again, not a deal breaker! The beach was close and loved that you had chairs, umbrella and a wagon available. Made going to the beach much easier! Thanks you for being a great Host!

Could use a deep clean but enjoyed our stay!

We have been coming to HHI for the last 4 years and this has been my favorite place. Loved the location, very nice area with very short walk to the pool and beach. Could use a deep cleaning, but overall enjoyed the place and the comfortable bedding and couches, the beach/pool gear and the size of the villa. The A/c did not work very good upstairs and could’ve been cooler for sure but could’ve just been where it was SO hot outside. WE would definitely stay here again.
