Location! Location! Location! Beachwalk villa is literally just a short walk from the beach near the beach parking lots at the end of the walkway to the beach which has very nice bathrooms and shower facilities. Even has a hose, to wash off your dog, and a big dog bowl for water.

Pros and Cons

Pros- beach close by, nice walking paths, easy check in, bed comfortable, nice extras upon arrival of soap and other supplies. Cons- uncomfortable furniture, small glass supply, several light switches did not work, no working dishwasher (maintenance came and were unable to fix). outside needs maintenance.

Beautiful place

I have to say that we had a wonderful stay. Super close to the beach and we enjoyed the walk with our dogs! The place was really clean when we arrived , have everything you need to have a great stay!

Lovely stay

This was our first time in Hilton Head during winter time, but it was a lovely stay, made even more lovely by the wonderful accommodations. With a full master bedroom with a King and a second bedroom with its own bathroom and multiple beds, this place is wonderful for a wide variety of groups.

Our stay

Our stay was perfect & a big bonus for being pet friendly! Almost every one in the area is super friendly with great manners & hospitality! Just a small walk or bike ride to the beach! Plenty of places to eat , shop or have a drink! The only thing missing for me personally was a hot tub to soak but overall great place to stay!

Great condo, great location!

Great condo close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk! Comfy beds and the AC was on point for the hot summer days! Would book again.

Vacation 2022

The condo was absolutely perfect for us and our two dogs. We loved the only 5 minute walk to the beach! The condo was clean and updated. It really felt like home!

Inside very nice/outside needs updated

The condo was very clean but there was a mildewy smell when we arrived. Was disappointed with the entrance and surrounding area. The inside was remodeled recently which was very well done. We would stay again but suggest updating the entrance area.

Good time at the beach

Great remodeled beach walk villa. Near the pool but away from the noise. Deck opens to walking trail and deck provides great place to dry off - people and dogs before entering unit. Temperatures great - cool to sleep. Bedding in guest bed better for children vs adults but worked fine for two twenty somethings. Beds comfortable - bunk just very low seated - better for kids. Nicely remodeled baths and ample room for toiletries Living room seating comfortable. Had an issue with the dryer and had a response and plan within hours. Would stay again !

Perfect for a Family Getaway to the Beach

As a whole, this place was fantastic. I was amazed at how close we were to the beach, and how walkable it was with our baby and dogs. It was located on a beautiful property with walking trails everywhere. We even saw turtles and alligators, which my toddler was obsessed about. The property matches exactly with the images and description. Tons of space, extremely clean, and all of the amenities (washer/dryer, AC, grill, kitchen dishes and utensils) made it perfect for a family getaway to the beach. The beach was fantastic, dog friendly, and as mentioned before, a really short walk away from the front door of this rental. Additionally, the parking was right in front of the unit, so there’s no problem with parking or loading/unloading in proximity to the unit itself. Also, I really appreciated security validating anyone trying to access the community (pick up your parking pass before you arrive) at the entrance upon arrival, and seeing security throughout our stay patrolling the area. Some very trivial, nuanced feedback would include: 1) specifying where the trash and recycling dumpsters are located relative to the property within the app or welcome packet. 2) Including the back patio in a quick cleaning when being turned. There were lots of webs filled with spiders draping the exterior patio stairs towards the grill. (The interior was immaculate, though) 3) Initially there was a musty smell downstairs when we arrived. We ended up buying a glade plug-in and that cleared it up, but including some type of fresh air-diffuser in the housekeeping turn process would be beneficial. 4) For any guests planning to cook, we had to buy a few little things like foil, olive oil, salt and pepper, etc., so guests should be prepared to bring anything needed to cook a meal outside of the dishware and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to rent this property again in the future. Awesome job to the management and housekeeping teams!

Great Place

The property was excellent. It has easy access to beach. It is clean and beds are very comfortable. We did have a rental bike stolen from nearby rack so you may want to store and lock bikes on back deck.
