Great get away vacation

Overall ok, room for improvement

The property is overall fine. Good location as close to the beach, abt 5 min drive. The kitchen was nice and very clean and well equipped. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the living room, sofa and carpet is very dirty. There were also small cockroaches in the apt. Upon arrival there were water pippetted surrounding the apt which smelled. We also had issues with the lock of the apt and needed to reset the passcode twice in order to get in. The bedroom was clean and sheets were clean. Also the bathroom was nice and clean. Environment was quiet which was nice. Vacasa is easy to get in touch with if needed.

Our only problem was the cleaning people were still there when we arrived at 4:09. We timed our trip so we would not have to wait to get in condo. We had already unpacked the truck before we knew we couldn’t get in. We waited for an hour out in the heat. Come to find out the unit had been vacant since the day before. Vacasa made a refund of $150 for our inconvenience. Kudos to them for that. Very nice condo and amenities.

Beautiful condo and grounds. Refrigerator had a fishy smell which I reported to property manager who wanted to fix but we were just there for 4 days.

Felt like owners were letting us crash their home

Property is as listed and Vacasa, property managers, are awesome. The downside is that the owners locked all the pantries, bikes, and took up all the closet space in the bedrooms with large lockers labeled "owners". Additional signs and notes throughout the property made it feel as if we were imposing on their personal space. If you don't want to have guests in your space don't advertise it for rent and take our money. Would use Vacasa again but wouldn't stay at this property.

Family vacation

We love the property and would recommend the owner supply chairs and umbrellas for the beach - this would be a great addition for those Who travel by plane. Also - please put The code and password to condo on the VRBO site (app) for the renter , as I had to sort through junk mail to find the codes. Overall , we love this property and will be back for a 3 rd trip soon.

Loved our stay in Evian!

Cozy; clean; well-stocked with nice pots/pans/blender/dishes etc…our only complaints were: the LR tv is so high on the fireplace wall that it really gave us neck aches to watch tv. We tried repositioning the one sofa a little but it didn’t help. ☹️ Also, we wanted to rebook for next year but, our time was already taken. Most places give you a few days grace-period after leaving to decide whether you want to rebook or not. We have a little Doxie who sleeps in his crate at night and goes out with us everywhere. So this first floor condo was great-no stairs!! My hubby and I are super picky so understood and agreed with all your “house rules”! We took loving care of your little gem! ❤️ Evian reminds me so much of Europe (especially France); the neighborhood is very quaint; quiet; and tranquil. Wish I could say we’re coming back!! ☹️

Fun & Beautiful area!

This condo was great. Clean & everything you need included. We stayed in it back in July. My only complaint was trying to get to and from the beach. It was hard to find parking so we’d have to walk to use the shuttle a lot. Also, people are up above you in this condo and it’s hard to tell from the picture. We got woken up at 5 a.m. by people walking pretty much every morning. It really was a lovely place, though. I’d rent it again with the hopes of quieter neighbors!

Nice place just don’t bring too much with you

Beautiful and cared for place and really clean. Just don’t plan on unpacking much as places to store anything you bring are very limited. Small closet in each bedroom half of which is taken up with locked lockers. All other closets/pantries are locked and all kitchen cabinets are full. Also thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own. Told to set and hold but it would start heating on its own - did this three or four evenings.

Weekend away with family.

This property was ideal for our getaway with family who were visiting us from Scotland. The location and proximity to the beach was excellent. The home was well decorated and was perfect for us and our small dog.

Perfect Beach Rental

We absolutely loved our time here. It was perfect for our family of four including two young children. The condo was impeccably decorated, immaculate and very conveniently located, just a 10 minute bike ride to the beach which was perfect! We would love to stay here again.

Wedding weekend

The condo was really nice, the stove would not work and we finally found the fuse box and flipped stove on , the parking pass was not explained before hand not until check in, we needed 3 passes, one short, $20 for one more , and could not get until the next day , to much going on to pickup , they are strictly inforced parking pass, a huge pain.

Beautiful property - love the decor.

I'm a Designer and loved this property. High end furnishings, artwork, furniture. We spent a lot of time on the patio - lovely. I took my small pup, and the setting is ideal for dog walks. Secluded, quiet, had every single dish/platter we needed for appetizers and feeding a toddler. Check-in was quick and easy. Hilton Head is one of my favorite places.

We had a nice stay in this villa, on arrival the place appeared very clean and tidy. However I would recommend having a broom available to the people staying as we had no way to sweep the floor. We also had more than a few bugs in the home which is not delightful. I think if this was fixed it would be a more comfortable stay.
