Property was good. Loved the starter kit. Kitchen was missing some crucial tools (like a sharp knife). Hallway light was too dim to be of service. Using a dimmer switch would light when needed and nite lite when needed. Dishes on top shelf of cabinets were not reachable and no foot stool was provided.

Great Vacation!

The condo was just what I expected. We loved the view. The kitchen had all I needed to cook. We enjoyed the grill that was down off the parking lot. The beach access was good. The lounge chairs in the yard and the swing were nice. The welcome bag was appreciated. Bed was good. We would stay here again. The bathroom sink was a special bowl that poured the water in off a disc. It was a little high for me but no big deal. We had all the lonen and towels we needed. Balconybwas perfect.

Great communication

The property managers did a wonderful job communicating all important updates, including the parking lot resurfacing, gate codes for the 3 different doors. On-site, the rules were clearly posted and the condo was clean.

It would have been nice to have had an extended stay discount. Other similar units in the same building do give a discount. Otherwise, a good stay. The couch needs a goodprofessional cleaning, replace the bedroom dresser, current one is a joke (missing handels, stiff operation,worn out) the view is the big asset. Charlie

The location was great. All the pillows were stained and nasty. The missing closet door in the hall is an eyesore. Furniture and rug in the living area was dirty. Won’t stay there again!

Labor Day weekend

We have stayed in this complex several times before and found this unit one of the more updated ones. Kitchen well stocked but did not cook during our time. Fans in all the rooms- including the bathroom- which is important due to the set up of these units. The airflow is always an issue in these units. This one did come with an additional fan which was helpful to have in the hallway with the bunk beds. There were 4 sets on the balcony which was also nice and they provided additional beach towels.

Great location condo needs TLC and cleaning crew need let go

I have booked through Virbo many many times and never been disappointed, but this time I was very disappointed. After a long 10 hour drive and excited to o finally arrive I walked into this condo and saw how dirty everything was I broke down into tears.

Perfect location. Just needs a good clean

The location of the property was perfect. Beautiful viewing the ocean from the balcony. As far as the unit, It was small. Perfect for 2 adults. The unit itself needs a good thourough cleaning. Great location but aging and not up to date apartment! Don’t rent before asking for updated pictures

The grounds of the property are beautiful, beach access easy, apartment contained everything needed and the property was very secure! The apartment was another story and the online pictures do NOT reflect “today’s” state! 1. Air conditioner was dirty with debris and sounded like a train engine then entire time! 2. Air vent in hallway to pull cool air into the back bedroom is rusted and barely functional. Therefore the back bedroom didn’t get much airflow! 3. Bathroom cabinet falling apartment due to water damage (they try to hide with a garbage can!). 4. Bathroom fan has NEVER BEEN CLEANED! Covered in black dusk!! 5. Of the 4 beach chairs provided, 3 were rusted! 6. Balcony table rusted! 7.living room rug was Filthy!! We had to roll it because it was so nasty! I chose that apartment based on the online pictures, talk about a bait and switch!! Disappointed!
