Relaxing by the pond

Quite corner of the property. The unit has everything you need to have a great visit. The overall property has plenty of activity and quiet areas to relax. The unit has a nice deck for reading and watching alligators.

Nice resort for kids!

We normally stay at Fiddler's Cove, but tried Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort after hearing good things about it. We have 2 small children and the resort has a great playground. We did get a pool day in before having to leave. There was a small baby pool for our littlest and the main pool had a large area that was around 3+ ft deep, so my 7 year old could play unassisted. Its a family resort, so plenty of kids around to make friends with. A pool side beach bar is connected and we had lunch and ice cream there. The condo is not on the beach but a short walk (5-7 min) to beach access which is important to us with little ones and a bunch of beach gear. Being on the backside of the building, it seemed to be quieter than it might be on the parking lot side. You will need to go up a few stairs. Tropical Storm Debby unfortunately rolled in after we had been at the condo a day and half, ruining our annual vacation week. The host was empathetic to our situation and offered an alternative solution that made us hopeful for a return visit next year. They were easily reached, responsive when we contacted them and gave attention to concerns presented to them.

Gem of a Place!

We've been visiting HHI and HHBT for nearly 35 years and this was one of the very best places we have stayed! The owners were very easy to get in touch with before the stay and everything exceeded our expectations! Much appreciated from our side on all levels!

Fantastic- Great Location !!!

Resort and Condo was better than expected. The owners were very attentive at multiple levels and in communication if needed. The Condo itself was immaculate, very clean, hooks where you needed them, beds were very comfortable, wagon and chairs for the beach, well stocked kitchen with many pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. They even provided soaps for both the kitchen and bathrooms along with start up paper products. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back when visiting the island in the future. The patio was equipped with chairs and a table that overlooked the resorts lagoon. Relaxing for sure for our much needed break from our daily routines. Would Highly recommend.

Overall not bad

The listing was accurate to what we stayed in. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the playground. It was well stocked and pretty clean. The resort itself had some weird things they were strict on compared to others, but they were pretty laid back at the pool and generally nice. Though, some things at the condo seemed to be falling apart a little (i.e. dining room chairs, screen door to the sliding door was difficult to use), it was well kept and we were very thankful for the kindness and communication with who we rented from! We made memories that will last a lifetime!

Guys, if you are wanting a nice place to stay in HH that has amenities and walking distance to the ocean-Look no further! We will definitely return! And the owners are thoughtful and responsive. The listing is 100% accurate. Super clean. Comfortable beds. We loved it!

Great location, everything you need.

Great location , house was very clean, owner very responsive. Short walk to pool and beach. Son had a blast fishing in the pond behind the house, would definitely come back. Neighbor was super kind as well!

Very Nice Place

The condo is very nice, easily accommodated myself and two or three visitors at a time. The unit overlooks a nice lagoon (especially from the back porch) and a fairly regular alligator visitor is safely and easily viewed just 20 yards from the unit (sunning on the lagoon bank). The HHI Beach and Tennis Resort is in a great kocation on the island, easy access to a great beach, terrific tennis and pickle ball opportunities, bike rentals on site, and bike path a stone’s throw away. Easy access to many excellent golf courses. It’s helpful that there are two bathrooms. TV in both bedrooms and living room area. Dining table comfortably seats six. Kitchen is fine. Owner/hosts were very accessible and anxious to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Easy access to many good restaurants, movie theater, shops etc. I definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Beach Week on HHI

Excellent stay! Nice, clean condo. Well-stocked kitchen with great pots and pans. Comfortable beds. Good location near the playground with a view of the lagoon and a relatively easy walk to the beach and pool, even with small kids. Could use a few more storage shelves but that’s a small complaint for an overall fantastic unit!

Easy & Comfortable Vacation

This corner/back unit is very quiet and peaceful. The lagoon view entertained us with many turtle and gator sightings. The ease of walking just a few steps to get to your vehicle makes it easy on families! The kid’s bedroom was perfect for our crew. The beds were very comfortable and clean. You can tell the mattresses are newer. Closets had plenty of space to hang clothing. The most impressive thing about the unit was the water heater. My family of 5 could shower back to back without running out of hot water. Bike rental on the property was a simple process. Overall, we where very happy with our stay. Hilton Head is such a wonderful place for families to vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Great condo and excellent central location

The place is great and perfectly met our needs. Short 8 minute walk to the beach. We also enjoyed playing pickleball at the courts. We had an unforeseen issue and the owners were both understanding and accommodating. Great people.

Our time in Hilton Head was great!

We loved the condo! Bed in master was very comfortable. Both bathrooms were beautifully redone. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Very short (6-8 min) walk to beach. My kids loved the playground which was a short walk from the condo as well.
