The rental was as described. Very clean, updated, and comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor and super quiet. Access to the beach was the best! Thanks for providing chairs and an umbrella. We wanted to rent bikes but there were storms every day so we didn’t get around to doing that. The biking paths were everywhere and would be so fun.

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway for the Heritage. Clean, easy access to food and transportation. Quick and easy to the beach.

The condo was not as advertised. It certainly wasn't "brand new." The towel rod in the bathroom had been broken and was re-attached using black electrical tape. There was mold in the bathroom and on the sliding door. Appliances were old. When we stayed, the highest the temp got was in the mid 80s and the air conditioner couldn't cool the entire condo. The living room, where the AC unit was, colled just fine, but the bedroom stayed stuffy and not comfortable temperature wise. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan, but we still had to go to Walmart and buy a little fan to try to get the air to circulate back to the bedroom. That helped a little, but not much. Location was good as it was on the beach, but for both days there, they were doing work on the pool and the parking lot. So, we couldn't use the pool and both days we had to listed to loud jackhammers and pressure washers. It was ok, but I will not be staying there again.

Great vacation

Very fun beachy vibes! Super close to the beach as well as shopping/dining. Loved the property! Air conditioning was lacking a little at night, as the bedroom is on the other side of the unit. Overall wonderful, had a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I’d like to recommend is that a different cooling unit be installed. SC heat and humidity is rough and the thermostat can’t be set lower than 68. The bedroom stays warm. Other than that the stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. We had one glitch with the gate but our landlord quickly answered the phone and solved our problem. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable and quiet time. The beach was wonderful and easily accessible. All stores and activities are all within walking distance. Perfect spot

Relaxing getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderful week! The property was well maintained, the condo was adorable and just as advertised. We were able to walk or bike to shops and restaurants with easy access to paths, but one of the best features was simply being steps away from the beach! Several fun places such as the Tiki Hut, Coligney Plaza, and Shelter Cove (Ela’s on the water) were a few of our favorite stops. We are looking forward to booking again in the future!

I did not stay at the property

I left the unclean and unsafe property. Because of this unkept property, I had to pay an additional 1300 to stay in Hilton Head. I will be disputing the charges. Disappointed renter.
