Our adult children and their spouses came to visit us and this house worked out perfectly. Each couple had their own bedroom with private bath, there were great areas to sit and eat or chat together. There was plenty of parking right outside the door. We couldn't have asked for more. We even had a deer come and visit. The listing was very accurate and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The house is in a gated community and the area was VERY quiet.

We had a wonderful stay with family. More than enough space for 6 adults, house has great layout for family fun and game nights. Pickleball courts across the street and a short walk to the pool was definitely an added bonus. We hope to stay again!

This condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip!! We ran into a few issues throughout the week, but Shelley handled them all super quickly and made everything right! She so graciously paid for two of our meals due to issues (with AC and check in time). Amazing hosts. The condo is good length bike ride from the beach, but so fun to have the basketball and pickleball courts right across from our front door. Overall a great stay!

Great location in HHI

My family enjoyed this beautiful condo! Nice and close to the pool and tennis courts. We rode our bikes to the beach access entrance which was much easier than parking our car. I had to reach out to the owner a few times and got a response very quickly. Also very close bike ride to Coligny circle and the shops.

Peaceful Vacation Time

Family had a great time riding bikes around area and laying out in the beautiful pool. We actually saw deer on the beach at dusk. The house was comfortable for the 6 adults in our group. The only downside was there was no place to sit or gather outside and there was no working can opener in the kitchen.

Great weekend getaway

Group of 3 couple stayed here for a tennis tournament at Van Der Meer Tennis center. Clean, spacious and well laid out house. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no reservations staying there again.

Another great stay!

This was the second time we stayed at this property and our second visit was just as enjoyable as the first. The property is located in a quiet section of the Shipyard Plantation which is convenient to the beach, stores, restaurants and golf as well as being dog friendly. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward with great anticipation to our next visit!

Great Condo / Great Location

This condo was perfect for us, 3 couples who fully enjoyed the shipyard complex: private beach.... pool... pickleball... golf... great restaurants and hanging out. The hosts were terrific to communicate with and the condo is quite nice. We'd love to stay here again!
