  • Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this beautifully renovated villa, perfect for a romantic getaway. Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex, you're just steps from the beach and a short stroll to restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. Unwind in a luxurious King bed, relax in the stylish living area with a new Queen sleeper, and enjoy a spa-like walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen that has everything needed for cooking meals and also has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee makers. Beach chairs and bikes included for the ultimate island retreat! 🌊❤️☀️

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

    Seaside Villas is a gated, oceanfront complex located in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, parks and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.

    We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great condo in a great complex. We have stayed at that complex several times and have never been disappointed. Unit was clean and well decorated. Host was very helpful and kind. We will be back for sure.

Excellent stay - the room was clean, the host was easy to communicate with and provided most everything we needed. It had a nice beach view and provided beach chairs and bikes. We would stay again.

Everything about our stay was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here at the Seaside villas. We were very close to everything so we walked or biked to just about everywhere. Our host was amazing, sending us a bunch of different things to eat, do, go see while we were there and would respond very quick. We would absolutely be back.

Loved our stay! The ocean views from the balcony were beautiful and having direct beach access was a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable and the host was great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, check in was easy, location was ideal. Easy to beach and convenient to Cologne Plaza with all the restaurants and shops. Management was very responsive to any needs we had. Only downside was that we were not able to use the pool for all but one of the five days we were there(pump issue we were told).

This villa exceeded all my expectations. The unit was spotless. Our hosts provided everything we needed for our stay. Their attention to detail was seen in the decor, as well as function. Yeah for plenty of door hooks and practical utensils. Their use of space was amazing. I really enjoyed the desk/makeup area that even included a makeup mirror. We’ve stayed in several villas at Seaside and this was by far our favorite. 10 out of 10!

Our stay was lovely at this location. The condo is perfect for a couples getaway. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice bicycles were provided. The location to the beach was ideal. It is so close to the Coligny Park area, that we road bikes to it several times. The host was quick to respond to our questions. The host was very thorough and kind in all communications, including connecting with us about resort maintenance that occurred one day of our visit. They accommodated the inconvenience caused by the facility. Truly enjoyed the visit.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and convenient, with a beautiful ocean view that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away.The condo was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the fan, which helped keep the condo cool throughout our stay.Kendall was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and when we had a minor issue, she resolved it promptly. We had previously stayed at another one of Kendall's properties and specifically chose to book one of her properties again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Hilton Head! The location was absolutely perfect—just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, and entertainment.The side-facing ocean view was one of our favorite features. The porch stayed nicely shaded in the mornings, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the view and listening to the waves.The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The host was excellent to work with—very responsive and thoughtful, even letting us know our room was ready earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated.We also enjoyed the beautiful walking and biking pathways nearby for morning walks. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely book again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

We came down for a short weekend anniversary trip. The condo was very spacious for two people. It had all we needed. The host Kendall was super easy to work with!! She checked in on us and made sure everything was going ok! She also had anniversary cookies and sparkling water waiting when we arrived! She is very thoughtful. The porch at the condo was very relaxing as we could see the beach and just chill! We would definitely stay here again!!! Great condo!!!!
