We loved the neighborhood and the location of the house on the street, tucked back in all the trees. We saw deer most days of our stay! The beach was only a 5 minute bike ride on the walking / bike path. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home.

Final charges included numerous add-on fees for multiple companies outside the actual rental organization. There were directions to the beach from the house that were incorrect, but apparently that was a low priority for the company. We found help elsewhere. Linens are not cotton, pillows were flat, one sink was backed up. Minor issues if not for the premium fees. Also, emails encourage 5-star ratings by offering to enter the customer in a drawing, so all of the 5-star ratings may be compromised.

We enjoyed our short trip to HHI. This house was very clean, beautifully furnished, a great layout for entertaining and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pretty much what ones needs to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. A quick drive or bike ride to the beach club. Our week was shortened due to Tropical Storm Debby. If you book during hurricane season, get trip insurance! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful home right in Sea Pines! Nice and spacious, plenty of room to bring family or friends. Excellent location with beach, great restaurants and plenty to do, all close by. Will definitely come back

All good, except that the beach access is problematic. Selfish neighbors on the beach block should allow visitors to access the beach from the surrounding neighborhoods, instead there are locked gate entranceways.

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice property. The online listing was spot on for the most part. The only issue we had was beach access. The property management instructions for beach access took us to a private only beach access. So it is a longer walk than 5 minutes to access the beach and you walk on fairly busy roads.

7 Jessamine is as lovely as it appears in the photos. The house is comfortable and well appointed, located at the end of a quiet street, with easy access to the bike paths. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily return.

Everything was excellent. Plenty of space. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nice central Sea Pines location with good proximity to the beach. Plus some extras that we used, like a boogie board for the beach.

There is always that fear that pictures are staged and the property will be disappointing. This was not the case here. The home has a great open floor plan and several places to gather together or have space to yourself. The home is clean and trendy! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Very happy with our stay!

From online booking throughout the stay, an outstanding experience. Dining table and high top kitchen counter allowed for family meals in a spacious way. All the amenities to make this a wonderful stay. Kitchen well provisioned.

The property was wonderful. It had plenty of space for my family to spread out. Having two bunk beds was great, it kept my twin boys from fighting over who gets to sleep on top. Wonderful kitchen loved cooking in it. I would stay at this property again.

This house is very clean, spacious and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated and nice. The house is in the perfect location close to the golf course and the beach. Only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Very close to Harbour Town. We rented bikes for the week and rode them everywhere. Highly recommend this home! We had a wonderful time.

The house is perfect for 6-8 - best equipped kitchen we have seen at any Sea Pines rental. Everything updated - Open plan with large living room, dining and nook together- couldn’t be more comfortable. Large dining table and did I mention the kitchen? Would happily book again - whole fam said best spot we have stayed at in HHI.

We had a wonderful stay here. There were 8 of us and the house was very comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen is well designed and well stocked. There is plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. The bathrooms were beautifully renovated and spacious. There is a beautiful private backyard and the house is located at the end of the street for added privacy. There is beach access just a short walk/bike ride away and the property is centrally located in Sea Pines and just a short bike ride from everything. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. We would love to return for another stay. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family!!

The house was as described and it was the most relaxing vacation ever. Chris made sure we had everything we needed. I enjoyed having coffee outside with my husband and being able to hear the ocean close by. Our dog enjoyed the beach for the first time. I highly recommended this hiding gem. I hope to stay here again.

It has been about 8 years since we last vacationed in Hilton Head. We usually head to our favorite spot on the Florida panhandle but decided to change it up this year, hoping Hilton Head could deliver for my family of 4. Suffice to say, this property was a central key to our family really enjoying and loving our stay in Hilton Head. First off, the house was simply lovely. I think my kids liked it more than our house. The recent renovations are well done and put us at ease that we had made a good choice. It cannot be overstated how much a nice place helps us to relax and we were able to really relax in this home. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped (which was perfect because we cooked a lot), there are plenty of places for people to relax (family room, sitting room) and the bedrooms / bathrooms are very nice and comfortable. The back patio is a great hang out and we enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. Second, the owners and their management representatives were very responsive. The one small hiccup we had was quickly resolved. The property manager checked on us a few times and really made sure we were happy with our stay. It was comforting to know that if we would have had any issues, we would have been taken care of quickly. Third, the location is pretty great (unless you have the $$$ to stay on the beach). It is tucked further back into Sea Pines which we really like and was only a 5 minute bike ride to / from the beach. Of course it was close to bike trails so we didn't drive that much and rode our bikes most anywhere, including to the grocery store. Its location felt private but we had access to everything. Finally, they were truly pet friendly. We have a 18 month old black lab (who we do crate) that many owners are hesitant to let us bring because of general behavior and shedding issues. While our dog is well-behaved, we have been told "no" before. The owner here immediately responded to our request and said "yes! absolutely bring your pup!" And she loved it - the HHI beaches are so great for dogs. Our stay here was absolutely great and I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay. As mentioned we had four people (two adults and two preteen daughters...pray for me) but it could easily accommodate 2 more adults and 2 more kids. So if this place is available, book it.

We loved the layout and upgrades of this property! One level living was super convenient. With all of the upgrades to house, TVs, sound bar, etc., we were suprised that there was no Blu-ray player. But, we spent most of our time at the beach (only half mile walk), or out exploring. Thanks for offering this great property!
