We had an incredible long weekend stay with our family! An open and inviting space, very family friendly and an excellent location! All the bathrooms were clean with crisp towels & the kitchen was stocked with everything we might need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

The place had overflowing loose trash in the garbage cans and dog urine on every rug throughout the house. Will not rent here again!

Beautiful home close to the beach

Our family celebrated the 4th of July and had a great time! It is a beautiful home in a great location. We walked to the beach or rode bikes. We also did a lot of cooking in the well stocked kitchen.

Peace & Quiet

We loved the neighborhood and the location of the house on the street, tucked back in all the trees. We saw deer most days of our stay! The beach was only a 5 minute bike ride on the walking / bike path. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home.

Read Fine Print

Final charges included numerous add-on fees for multiple companies outside the actual rental organization. There were directions to the beach from the house that were incorrect, but apparently that was a low priority for the company. We found help elsewhere. Linens are not cotton, pillows were flat, one sink was backed up. Minor issues if not for the premium fees. Also, emails encourage 5-star ratings by offering to enter the customer in a drawing, so all of the 5-star ratings may be compromised.

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our short trip to HHI. This house was very clean, beautifully furnished, a great layout for entertaining and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pretty much what ones needs to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. A quick drive or bike ride to the beach club. Our week was shortened due to Tropical Storm Debby. If you book during hurricane season, get trip insurance! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful home right in Sea Pines! Nice and spacious, plenty of room to bring family or friends. Excellent location with beach, great restaurants and plenty to do, all close by. Will definitely come back

All good, except that the beach access is problematic. Selfish neighbors on the beach block should allow visitors to access the beach from the surrounding neighborhoods, instead there are locked gate entranceways.

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice property. The online listing was spot on for the most part. The only issue we had was beach access. The property management instructions for beach access took us to a private only beach access. So it is a longer walk than 5 minutes to access the beach and you walk on fairly busy roads.

7 Jessamine is as lovely as it appears in the photos. The house is comfortable and well appointed, located at the end of a quiet street, with easy access to the bike paths. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily return.

Great Sea Pines home

Everything was excellent. Plenty of space. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nice central Sea Pines location with good proximity to the beach. Plus some extras that we used, like a boogie board for the beach.

10/10 fantastic property and location!

There is always that fear that pictures are staged and the property will be disappointing. This was not the case here. The home has a great open floor plan and several places to gather together or have space to yourself. The home is clean and trendy! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Very happy with our stay!

Best part of the property is the location! Quiet street, close to beach and biking trails.

From online booking throughout the stay, an outstanding experience. Dining table and high top kitchen counter allowed for family meals in a spacious way. All the amenities to make this a wonderful stay. Kitchen well provisioned.

Wonderful Week

The property was wonderful. It had plenty of space for my family to spread out. Having two bunk beds was great, it kept my twin boys from fighting over who gets to sleep on top. Wonderful kitchen loved cooking in it. I would stay at this property again.

Wonderful house!

This house is very clean, spacious and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated and nice. The house is in the perfect location close to the golf course and the beach. Only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Very close to Harbour Town. We rented bikes for the week and rode them everywhere. Highly recommend this home! We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic House - short walk to beach

The house is perfect for 6-8 - best equipped kitchen we have seen at any Sea Pines rental. Everything updated - Open plan with large living room, dining and nook together- couldn’t be more comfortable. Large dining table and did I mention the kitchen? Would happily book again - whole fam said best spot we have stayed at in HHI.

Spectacular Spring Break

Wonderful home in Sea Pines- fantastic layout for our family to relax, cook and central location to salty dog, harbor town and the beach. The house is immaculate and even better then we anticipated. We loved the tucked away street.
