We loved every moment! The home is very well-equipped. Any time we needed or wanted something, we were able to find it. It was wonderful to have the bikes on site rather than renting them. We especially loved the pool and spa!

Lovely home in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was wonderful (inside and out). It was on a quiet street with the bike path literally out the front door. If I could pick a house on HHI to move into, this would be it. I’ve been coming to HHI for decades and this is probably my favorite house. The location was great, too. Close to beach and Harbour Town via bike paths. Loved it!!!!

Great Beach Week with Great Accommodations!

We have been spending a week at the beach for 20+ years and this property is by far one of our favorites. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you would need. The use of the bikes was an extra savings and bonus and was great! John & Kerry were great to work with and so accommodating. The pool and spa were used every day/night and get lots of sun and the bike trail to the beach is right by the house and so easy to access and having the bike trailer was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this house for a stay and depending on our party size for future visits will definitely be using it again.

Beautiful Home!

The house was beautiful and set up perfectly for 2 families. Convenient bike ride to the beach. The owners have lots of extras at the house which is also nice. We had a few hiccups with the house the night we checked in but the property manager ended up making everything right.

Excellent home in Sea Pines!

I just got home from spending a week with my family at this property, and we were so happy with the house! We had a few questions throughout our stay, and John was very quick to respond. The house was clean upon arrival, and the location is great at the end of a cul-de-sac, right next to a bike trail. The photos do not do this house justice, it’s even more beautiful in person. The outdoor area is beautiful and gets plenty of sunshine, has plenty of room, and is private. Inside the house is gorgeous! One side of the house has the two king suites, and the other side of the house has the queen room, bunk room, and the daybed area which is more of a communal area outside the queen and bunk rooms. The two living rooms and kitchen were beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of bikes and kids beach toys in the garage, and the outdoor shower came in super handy after a day at the beach. The kitchen was also fully stocked with glasses, utensils, dishes. baking dishes, etc. - pretty much anything you’d ever need in a kitchen! Overall, my whole family was so happy with the house - we will definitely the back!!

Amazing property and experience!

We really enjoyed this property. This is the fourth visit to Sea Pines for our family and we would definitely come back to this property! The house was able to accommodate three separate family units with infants very well because of the layout and attached bathrooms. We also loved the great balance of sun/shade in the backyard on the pool. The pool towels and bikes that were provided was also a huge plus. The ride to the beach was very easy and simple. Even though we were the furthest we’ve stayed from the beach, the direct route from the cul-de-sac was very easy and flat. Property management was extremely pleasant and helpful during our stay and addressed our questions right away.

Great experience

We loved the house. It was surprisingly bigger and nicer than we thought it would be! Location is great as it is in the middle of the island and easy to access both sides . The bikes were also so nice. We spent a lot of time experiencing the island by bikes. Nice to have that part of the rental. Outside space was equally nice. We swam every evening as well as used the hot tub. I think most people would be very pleased with this rental.

Great family getaway

This house was perfect for our large family - plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather or to get away. We liked the proximity to the bike path and the quick ride to the beach. The heated pool was our favorite part!

Amazing week!

We had an incredible time at Heron Island Time. The house was perfect--large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of space inside for lounging and to spread out. The pool was fantastic--got the perfect amount of sunlight. We loved having the bikes available to use. The beach was a lovely bike ride away, although we opted to rent chairs at the beach club for the convenience of bathrooms, etc. We had an incredible time.

Heritage Court

As a family of 8, this is the second time we have stayed here. We love the layout, amenities, bedrooms and backyard pool. The bikes in the garage are great. The house is right off the bike path. The kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed going to the beach as well as going to the salty dog. Thank you for a great two weeks.

Wonderful vacation

The house was beautiful! The layout was great for my family and my parents. My kids swam everyday. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great house

Nice, pet friendly house with awesome layout. We really enjoyed the bikes, especially being able to jump on the bike path from cul-de-sac. Beach chairs & towels are great. Nice to not have to overpack.

Perfect Stay

We had a perfect two week stay. Just close enough to the beach for a short bike ride of car. We didn’t know about access to the Sea Pines beach club which was a really nice surprise. We used it often. Great golf very close by if you stick to Sea Pines courses which are excellent. The house is very comfortable, everything works, and really nice to have beach towels, chairs, and bikes available to use. The pool was perfect, and for us the backyard had just the right amount of shade. Wasn’t aware that we had to pay extra to heat the pool, but could be that I hadn’t read the property description fully. Property manager was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had about house/area. We would 100% stay again.

Great house. Great stay.

We rented Heron Island Time for one week in April and were extremely happy with the house and our stay. Three of us were working remotely and the WIFI connection was excellent. The pros: Excellent professional management by Kerry, open plan pleasant layout, well furnished, clean, well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils, linens etc. A big plus was clearly the bikes and plentiful beach equipment provided by the owners. This house is particularly well situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to the biking and walking trails leading straight to the beach. We loved this Heritage Woods area of Sea Pines because of the lush vegetation and trails. We also appreciated the starter packs of soaps etc. provided by the management company. The only con: The outside seating areas and the pool are a little more tired looking than the inside of the house (but this was reflected in the photos). Overall we strongly recommend this house and we would stay there again.

Exceptional Property with Great Communication

My wife and I stayed at this property for Christmas 2020. We have rented a home in Sea Pines for the past 5 years, and this property has become our favorite so far. The Good: Communication with Kerry, the property manager, was exceptional. The very few minor issues we had were remedied immediately. I cannot say how important it is to have support when you're staying in someone else's home (how do you do X, Y and Z?), and Kerry made the experience effortless. The home is well appointed with plenty of flatware, bed linens, towels and pillows; which can sometimes be overlooked in other properties. We prioritized access to a hot tub/spa, and this property delivered in spades - which made cold evenings extremely enjoyable. The complementary bikes were in great condition, which is a $150+ value compared to renting them as is often required at other rentals. Layout of the home was perfect for our family. The "Bad" Our only critique was the distance to the beach - which we were well aware of when we booked the property (0.75 miles on the path). We were traveling with an infant and thus unable to use the bikes to commute to the beach as often as we wanted. However, a few members of our party were able to use the bikes consistently which made the distance a non-issue. Overall: I would highly recommend this property to a family member or friend. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the communication with the property manager was top-knotch. As referenced above, if you wanted a location closer to the beach that would be understandable; but we didn't need that and this was perfect for our stay.
