Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!!

This Resort never fails us!!! Every year we stay here of course a different condo each time, absolutely love this one, the owner was always quick to respond or even pick up the phone, the place looked in person just as it did in the pictures, perfect access to everything!!!! My family will continue to stay here no matter what!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Never fails!!!!!

Nice Stay with Kids

Great location. The walk to the beach is about 5-10 mins down a private boardwalk. Very nice. The host Chris is easy to get ahold of for any issues. Lots of stuff on site for kids.

Family Friendly

This was perfect for grandparents and mom/kids get away. We love the indoor pool and walking track option when we go to HH in early spring and fall/winter. This is our 2nd time staying at the property. The pools are nice and the boardwalk is not too much for school age kids to walk a few times a day to the beach. This house was clean and provided the bed space we needed. The square footage would have been nice to know as it was a little tighter than expected, but still functional. The beach locker availability is FANTASTIC so not to have to drag all the sand back to the house. The location of the resort is very central to on/off island activity. Owner was very quick to respond to our needs. I wish I would have thought through our parking pass situation prior to coming as only 2 passes are allowed.

Great property with awesome amenities!

The entire process from reservation to checkout was fantastic! Chris communicated everything we needed from the very beginning including some great restaurant recommendations! He even messaged to check on us after our first night and make sure everything was going well! It was also great having the beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys for the kids, etc) available for us to use so we didn't have to take up space in the car on the rides or come home with a trunk full of sand! The villa was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for the stay! We will definitely be visiting again and hope that Chris will have us again! Everything was perfect!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My son, granddaughter & I stayed over Labor Weekend and could not have been happier with this condo! Excellent - frequent and prompt - communication with Chris, the host, made the whole process seamless from top to bottom. The unit was spotless and just as described/shown online with the added bonus of having access to the beach buggy/chairs/misc without having to bring your own (or schelp everything back up to the unit daily). Loved the convenience of staying in the building with the Indoor Pool and no worries, you never smell the chlorine inside the unit! Def recommend this Host and this Condo for your Hilton Head Island vacation!

Awesome experience! Great host

Communication was on point from the host Chris. He recommended things to do and places to eat that was an added valuable bonus. Not to mention the private boating experiences from a recommendation he made. This is a perfect location to all the fun stuff and the resort is great for families. The pools and beach kept our kids busy and happy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of several beds for a bigger family. We all had a comfortable place to rest. Thanks Chris for a great place to stay!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with my family, including my mobility limited dad. Motorized cart into condo was no problem. Walker fit into bed / bath from there. Kids loved the bunk bed. Full kitchen was great way to save $ for some meals. Great location on the island. Clean. Friendly folks around.

Great location

Great location on the island, close to all the popular spots. Very nice that you have access to outdoor and indoor pools. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk is a long one, but perfect that it’s private and only people staying at the resort can use it. Also, great that they have a golf cart to take you to and from the beach if you pack light! Great place to stay with the family!

Fun beach weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay and spending lots of time at the beach. My daughter loved the bunk beds and beach toys. Curtains on the master bedroom window would be beneficial to block light out at night but other than that it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

Nothing bad to say about this property. It's dated but well maintained. Great location in building with indoor pool. Being close to the elevator means you hear elevator traffic but it wasn't a nuisance. Owner was very responsive. The only small complaint I would have is about TV. No regular cable so you had to have streaming services to really watch anything. We have the biggies (Netflix, prime, Disney, Hulu and appletv) so it wasn't bad for us....just took a while to login to all the TVs but if you don't it will be a challenge and if you're tech chall
