We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head. We had issues with the lock code when we arrived but Vacasa helped us immediately via phone and we were all set. Everytime I messaged them I received a quick response. This was a great place to stay with our family, you truly can’t beat the location!

Perfect for our fur baby, and laundry room on ground level, enclosed glass surrounding with view of nature surrounding property & convenient laundry shoot from master bedroom.

Property cleaned, keep pad didn’t work, took 45 minutes to get inside and had to use hidden key - auto door lock never did work. Someone removed guts from coffee pot, couldn’t make coffee, vacuum didn’t work, cockroaches inside, total 4 rolls of toilet paper for the week - some foliage needs cleaned out and trimmed just to enter and walking surface needs leveled and widened. Also advertised as beach front access —— nope, had to ride a shuttle 15-20 minutes to get to beach.

Tired and worn- needs serious TLC

The Pro is the location. Then the cons. The pictures are way outdated and the place no longer looks like that. You do not enter in on bottom floor. Only entrance is a set of beat up splintered stairs. if you can get in with the code provided you enter into a small living room with a dingy chair and dirty couch. they need to upgrade from college frat house to Harbortown level. The kitchen is stocked but the pans are worn out, refrigerator is all rusted and they have only 1 wine glass lol. Overall the maids provided a clean place but the owner needs to put some money in vs take out. There are better options on the island.

Great for a weekend getaway

Takes care of your basic needs - beds were comfortable, could use some more seating for 4 plus a baby to sprawl out in the living room. We had a great time and loved the location!

Fell short

When we arrived we were hoping for early checkin but that didnt happen and was no big deal. They texted us that if early checkin was an option they text us and then just never texted it was an option so we waited at nearby harbour town plaza area. Once checked in as always we clean first ourselves just to make sure we can unpack without worry. At that time we found all lil gunk behind toilet. The sink drain in master was disgusting and there were hairs along the shower wall but still we decided those were minor things that were overlooked. After a night stay the bad began to come apart and before night two we reported it was broken but no one showed up or returned our request for the duration of the stay and the bed it was on the floor along the front end we disassembled it and found there was a screw missing we then borrowed a screw from a handle to an end table in the living room and used it to rig the bed. No one ever came to fix the bed during our five day stay. By day three we wondered why we didnt have access to laundry and after a few hours of phone calls and follow ups in total lasting until the second to last day we finally got the code to a lockbox holding a key because the door pad code has been malfunctioning. To go back on other things, the front of the fridge door was filthy, i chased a roach down and killed it and the iron was spitting water onto the clothing and the little door on said iron did not latch on the hinge side. We did send pictures of all of this

A Lovely Place to Spend the Holidays

We spent Christmas and New Years here and it was a great experience. The location of the Sea Loft is perfect - water views, lush foliage, and a short walk to everything Harbour Town has to offer. The home was well kept and supplied. The design was thoughtful and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with cooking equipment. We enjoyed making several dinners there. We had to contact the property manager over a minor thing we ran into (key code to laundry was not working) and she was incredibly kind and resolute issue quickly. I would highly recommend this home!
