Perfect Get Away

Check in and Check out was very easy, the unit had every thing we needed, we ate in every night but one, the kitchen has all you need to prepare and cook family meals. The unit was very clean and the renovations of the unit are top notch, the resort and there employees are very welcoming

Girls Trip 2024

We wanted a relaxing stay close to the beach. We got it. Perfect for our quick getaway. Quiet, clean and a short walk to the pool and beach. Was nice that there were beach chairs and a cooler.

Absolutely Loved

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this area. The picture of the condo we stayed in were spot on. We absolutely loved it. We were minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. It may have taken 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you so much!!

Little get away

Great place to stay. . The proximity to the beach is great. Pool looked really nice near the beach. The bunk beds are for smaller children. Our family had a great time . A big thanks to our hosts.

Family vaca

We had a great time and would love to visit again. Only issue was air conditioning would reset at night and we'd wake up to the condo being 78 degrees and we were sweating. All in all though very good trip.

Will Return

We enjoyed the trip. The condo came stocked with most things we needed to cook and had nice appliances than other condos we have stayed in at HHIB&T. Very close proximity to the elevator which is also nice. Will be trying to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little place!

This is the perfect little place for 2 or 3 people! We stayed here for a few days for a mother-daughter (teen) getaway. No issues at all from reservation, to adding a night, to location and beach accessibility. Nice little view from balcony of marsh on one side and ocean on the other. Not sure I’d want to stay here with more people though; with one bedroom for privacy and one bathroom, it would be too cozy with more people. All in all, this was the perfect place for us for this trip!

need new beach! Their were 2 tattered falling apart caning chairs!

clean and close to the ocean! Bunk beds are thin and small. Ok, for a young child but not a 16 year old. Also, they don’t have beach towels so bring your own

Just OK

My husband and I recently stayed at the Folly Field condo to attend a wedding in Hilton Head. In my opinion it was ill-equipped for guests and not very comfortable. The thermostat is locked at 78 degrees and can only be reset temporarily. I have trouble sleeping when I’m too hot, so this caused some problems. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, I had to run to the store and get some. Also, several of the pots and pans were put away dirty in the cupboard. There was only one packet of dishwasher soap provided for a 4 day stay (which is probably why many of the dishes were dirty). All in all, it seems that whoever owns/runs this place is taking every shortcut imaginable to save money and it reflects poorly on guest experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean and quiet unit

Very clean and quiet condo (great security on the property as well). The entire resort does a great job of keeping this area low key and very family oriented as well. The unit was small but it was perfect for myself and 2 boys. I would definitely stay here again...very fair priced too.

May Getaway

Check in was fine, but when I entered the condo it had not been cleaned from prior renter. The property owner was quick to fix this, but beyond offering me a free drink I feel as if something else should have been offered to me. Other then the 1 1/2 hour delay of unpacking great location and pleasant stay. I would say that property owner should invest in a new mattress and couch neither of which are comfortable.

The unit is small but was expected. Perfect for two adults and a couple of younger children, but not large enough for a couple of teenagers. It had everything we needed. Easy access and staff at the resort are very friendly. Close to everything you need.
